The are spot on, they are genuine and professional, and like you I have used them well over a year and I order every week, I've never had a issue, ever, but to those who have, mistakes happen, they certainly not scammers, when banks get closed it's not Promeds who refund it's the bank that it was sent to which can take a while...I understand people get fed up but we all take that risk ding back transfers. Hey Dan! Sorry that sucks to hear, i hope things get sorted for you. I still haven’t had a refund from them that was due a month ago, I just let it slide this time so trust me you ain’t the only one who’s had an issue with them :p … but no guys, it was not posted after the cut off time of it says 3:40pm, it was posted before. There is a rumour that apparently RM has stopped collections in some areas because of capacity issues… mine is still there lol

@LOUISE I think they’re probably not taking orders because RM has suspended NDD until the 3rd. So basically if you ordered ur order would probably just stay at the PO or be refused. I think you should try again on the 3rd… most of us still haven’t received theirs, for me it’s been a week, they’re probably trying to avoid getting too many panicky people messaging them about where the F are their order lol
