This is how safe you are with pro meds I put a order in with top meds I though that it was with pro meds that had to change the Web site for what ever I reached out to pro meds about paying them I got a refund with in a few hours 5 stars never had a problem with them

For those waiting orders..... my tracking number shows my order made it as far as the mail centre. Despite postal strike action being called off following Q.E.II death not all staff returned and took unpaid leave.
Post office will return to normal Monday morning so any orders stuck in mail system should get delivered Monday.

I am a regular customer who has been using this company for years, I placed an order and only half my order arrived. I was told the other half would be sent out and I would receive them today. That hasn’t happened I’ve been given no tracking number and now I’m being ignored. They are a good company until a problem happens then they ignore you, keep your money and move on. Awful customer service, a real shame to lost a trusted link after all these years over under £20 worth of diazepam

Another person who has been ordering here for a while seems like they are doing a take and run job, Been waiting 2 days for my order nothing , and they say the bank was frozen and money returned yet I have none in account
I mean if all us long time user who do regular business stop they won’t last long so that will be mine and 4 others people last order with them that equal quite a lot monthly .

Ordered on the 27th, didn't receive until today due to royal mail strikes. No issues with ordering, had no issues with bank details. Everything has run smoothly with all orders.

Long time customer. Asked for bank details and paid last night. I haven’t received payment confirmation I asked about it and was told it will dispatch tomorrow as they’re “having some trouble here” 😬

I’m hopeful it will arrive on Friday as stated but nervous given the recent reviews on here. Will of course update

Edit: no I don’t think the trouble is Royal Mail as they haven’t even recognised my payment yet. It’s still sat at pending as if I’v not paid so I’m guessing they’ve had further bank trouble.

Edit no 2: my order changed from processing to cancelled. Spoke to Karl who sorted it immediately. Assured me my order would dispatch yesterday which it did and has arrived this morning. They seem to be trying to sort out what’s gone on in the past week or so. I’d say if you are due a refund you’ll definitely get it. It’s not their style to scam anyone I’d imagine it’s a bloody nightmare getting an account shut down. But I also understand it’s hard for the people waiting on that money or in need of orders.

Been using these guys for over a year without any issues, my latest order was cancelled after they claimed their bank account got blocked and I'd receive a refund in a few days, skeptical but we'll see I guess. Updated. After a long wait my order was fulfilled and I received it after being informed it had finally been dispatched. Not sure why there was all the issues but I'm hoping they are back to fulfilling peoples orders.

Unbelievably rude!! Their bank account was blocked so my order was cancelled without even being informed. Now I have to wait 5 days for my refund and won't receive my order now. I asked if they could not refund me and send out order because I'm without medication and I got told to keep my money and check elsewhere!! The amount of money I've spent with these people and this is how they speak to their customers!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Another very fast order. Seamless from placing order to door. If you have any hesitation about ordering from this site, please don't because this company is the best company in its field. Never had a problem with the pro meds team , bang on every time! Awesome service customer care top notch, products on point. So glad these guys are about as there is no help for ppl with certain issues with the NHS. Hi, I made a two type error when putting my right reference number in the bank transfer in the reference number . Managed to speak to customer service at around late afternoon the Monday , after not receiving no payment conformation yet, I looked into my bank transfer and realised i had made a two number mistake in the bank transfer. they was able to still chase it up and get it sent the Monday after 1.30pm (I'd paid by 2:30pm the Friday) , received goods less than 24 hours on the Tuesday. Brilliant communication, as wasnt expecting to receive until maybe Wednesday after contacting communicating via WhatsApp around 1:30pm on the Monday . Double check ref number and price amount is correct. This was my mistake but they resolved it and got it sent of the Monday when mistaken was resolved, delievered the next day by 11:30am

Been a customer for about a year and a half now… not 1 problem through that duration that’s been there fault made 1 or 2 mistakes personally never fail UPM best website I’ve ever found! Ordered on Sunday night just came about 5 mins ago.

Anyone else only getting one tick on the WhatsApp chat?

Tried to message on WhatsApp and it's only showing 1 tick. I messaged on Friday and got payment details but forgot to pay. Tried sending a message to make sure payment details are still the same and my messages aren't going through.

Edit - they've got back to me so I'm happy 😊

Edit 2 - anyone only getting one tick on WhatsApp just wait, I had this problem on Sunday and they got back to me, I've now paid and got my payment confirmation email. Be patient.

Edit 3 - got my order today, very happy. This is my 5-6th order and I've never had any issues, I've used other places before and had nothing but problems, also their prices are the best. Will continue buying!

i always had a good relationship. with this company but my little grandaughter got hold of my phone and sent some gibberish and now they have blocked me xx i'm so upset x does anyone know what i can do Carl to respond to me ? xx i would never moan about him ...hes always been great xx

Great service. I've got specific needs and this company accommodates them extremely well and has never let me down, even substituting a more expensive product when they had ran out of my usual brand. I've never had an issue with them and this is a 5 star review for all those listed reasons.

Second order with these guys. They are excellent.
I'm glad Logan stepped up re the false reviews.
There's no truth to them from my perspective.
Everything is all good and legit. I ordered yest early afternoon and still received them this morn and I'm in a diff country and 700ft above sea level. If I can get them on time, then I'm pretty sure everyone else can!
