I have used this site for years. Sent payment and they are saying they are blocked from the account. I freaked out but everything was sorted within 48 hours. No longer sell packages, just strips but no big deal as they are always authentic. Apologies for earlier negative review. Only place for anxiety sufferers who have unsympathetic GPs.

Good company, fast delivery, however goods have started arriving in blister strips with no box or leaflet, this is concerning as might be my imagination but I don't seem to be having same effect as usual

Long time customer. Placed order on Thursday (Day of strike). Wasn’t expecting it to be delivered Friday, but hoping it’ll turn up today. Tracking is showing it’s in transit from origin, so we’ll see. Isn’t promeds issue, Royal Mail just slow after striking.

Word of warning to anyone, all these reviews that say they ordered via a gmail account, they are scammers. They are not affiliated with pro meds. If you order via that gmail email address, you will lose your money and you won’t get anything. Report the reviews as they’re fake.

My last 3 reviews got removed for some reason but I 100% recommend this company, trustworthy and efficient.

So I ordered on the 29th and it was sent out on the 30th, obviously I know Royal mail have been on strike but my tracking number still hasn't updated, surely it would do? I honestly expected it to be delivered today, I'm now worrying although I've never had a problem before? I've contacted them on WhatsApp and hopefully they help. I'll change my review if anything changes.

Edit - I got them the next day so I'm happy.

i have spoke to C just now and the people saying to order through the email address it is a scam, he will only speak and supply bank details through whatsapp

Does anybody know what's happened to their site? I can't get onto it. I hope they're not stopping because they have been nothing but great for me and I appreciate all they have done. Everything has been sent when expected and everything was the real deal. I had some chalky tasting items that had to be opened and tissue placed inside to stop it rattling in postage but they are still relaxing me so I assume they're okay. I would have preferred an unopened item but if course it would just get seized because of the nosise of tablets rattling around so I understand why. Just hope they have had to change website that's all. Waiting for response in WhatsApp ....fingers crossed

This also appears to be their's, although you have to start again with OS checks etc. If you type uk pro meds, uk top neds should show up, Ive ordered before exact same service and price. They are reliable.

Ignore the negative reviews. I used quite a few sites along the way-sometimes waiting 2-3 weeks for an order. Fair enough, they never said I’d receive it any quicker. But I’ve been using these guys for well over a year and always received next day-except for twice when it took 2 days. Can’t complain about that, c’mon. C is efficient, to the point but always rectifies any problems. Once I only received half my order and I sent a short message to tell him. Brief reply. But the following day, the rest of my order turned up. No quibble, no argument, nothing. Just sorted it. As for sitting panicking about not receiving a tracking number-don’t! Sometimes my order arrives before the tracking! I’m completely blown away by the service provided and as long as these guys are going, I’ll never use another site. But if reviewing, please be discreet.

Hi Clo, thanks for your advice, I did get in touch yesterday & it seems my order had been overlooked! I only found out as I pushed a bit as my dad is a postman so I know there are collections on a Saturday as I’ve received orders on a Monday before. Got confirmation email now so hopefully I’ll receive in the morning. Would be much better if we could set a group up for this sort of thing??
Still wouldn’t use any other company though!

Any idea how to access the website? I can’t seem to get on and I placed an order yesterday so hoping everything’s ok? I usually worry for nothing!!
Update; website tech got back to me with link and my order arrived on time. No need to worry as lady below me said. And yes, my review took a while to appear on here, I couldn’t say how long but yeah, there was def a delay :)
