Unbeatable Bathrooms Avis 

Adam chased up my order with German supplier for an old rare shower part and kept me in touch with eventual delivery of correct part which has enable my shower to work.
I had read his reviews and some of them were very damning even suggesting he was a criminal.
My experience was the opposite. It is clear that buying on line comes with risk and maybe some of his customers felt let down but resorting to such lies and putting them in digital print is a sad indicator of our current society. He may not always be able to deliver the service I got and only reason for 4 star is the long delay in getting my order but is not a reflection of his service which was 5 star. Unbeatably bad service but they took my money. I ordered and paid £104 for two grab bars on 23rd July. I chased by email on 7tn August. No reply by 14 August so I phoned them and it went to voicemail. I have left a firm but polite message but expecting the worst having read other reviews. I suspect they have no stock but have not bothered to tell me nor sent a refund. I would advise people not to place orders with them because they may take your money and not deliver.

Excellent service from Adam. I ordered a bathroom mirror which was out of stock or unavailable from the big bathroom suppliers. There was a bit of a delay in receiving the mirror but Adam tracked one down and proactively contacted me by phone on more than one occasion with an update. Thanks Adam.

The service I received was second to none. Adam gave me a first class service and I will certainly be using him again.

Adam was fantastic - very quick to respond, organising a sample tile so we could match to what we already had and great price. He suggested alternative tiles to match our existing ones as our original ones are not available anymore. Quick delivery. I will definitely use again. Well done on great customer service.

I've just recently moved into the area. I'm really happy with the work Adam carried out. He was very friendly, professional, and was always on time. Adam was clear to me about pricing and the finish was excellent! It's made me feel more settled into my new home.

Prior to making my order I phoned regarding the poor feedback and Adam explained to me the situation. I took his word and ordered my items and they were delivered to Scotland on the day he said.

My experience with Unbeatable Bathrooms has been a pleasure from placing the order right through to having my order delivered to me, I got an email to say it has been dispatched and then 2 days later I received it. I think seen some of the other reviews that have been written are not a true reflection and are unfair in my eyes. I wish Unbeatable Bathrooms all the best. Update from my previous review. I think Adam needs help. When someone tells you "they are just trying to sail their ship" and " let's not leather past dictate our future" and wants to excuse his lack of communication by trying to tell you they have alot going on personally, you know you are dealing with someone so unprofessional that you cannot trust anything he says. Still waiting for a final installment for a refund he said he would pay! Now taking him to the small claims court. Trading standards have been informed. Don't take the risk!

No communication won't answer email or phone calls Adam Richard Smith you are a rogue trader. I request formally a refund and WiLL visit the rookery (your trading from a terraced house) and issue debt collector proceedings against you. Do not buy from this man he is a crook and does not deliver or refund customers. Reporting to trading standards and also Goole to have the website removed.

If I could give no stars I would...no contact re order. I have rung and left messages and emails...no response... Don't go on price alone...I now want my money back so I can buy another shower..but again no response

Placed two orders on 4th Feb and have been chasing up the company for my goods. Ended up buying in a local store after searching around. Only decided to order from UnbeatableBathrooms.com as the price was very competitive. Oh boy, never go on price alone. Wish I had read the reviews on the company as well. Been more than 2 weeks, still waiting for my goods. Don't need no more and have contacted via email and phone calls. Adam, supposedly the director acknowledged the email once, and never heard back. Not sure if I will get my money or my goods. Worst company ever come across. Surprised that this is still allowed to operate online.

I placed an order with this company and waited in vain for delivery. After calling I was told they don’t stock the item any longer and I would receive a refund. However no refund had been given and they don’t reply to phone calls or emails. I still have no item and no refund. Avoid this company at all costs

100% trust these guys - I messed them around as I placed an order as was told my toilet broke, and then i ordered the wrong item - They switched the original order and then refunded in the end . I think they are a small company with a small team working their butts off, so give them a try, be pleasant with them and you will get a bargain

I am really concerned at this point because they took my money, never delivered the order. The same as all the other reviews, I have contacted them many times through phone, email and chat, but I have received no answer whatsoever.
I will never use this company again
