placed an order on 04th June, its now 10th June and still waiting for delivery, no ETA supplied. have tried to call them a dozen times but they have not answered, have emailed and received no response.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Order placed. Parts supposedly being delivered from Germany. Waited over a month and nothing arrives. Spent a week, calling every day unable to speak to anyone. Eventually get through and parts are supposedly in warehouse and shipped immediately. Parts failed to arrive. Requested refund. Refund failed to arrive.

Seriously, use a reputable company with acceptable customer service. Anyone other than Unbeatable Bathrooms!

I ordered a sink over 10 days ago and heard nothing. I have emailed and left voice messages and had no response. I am really worried this company is a ghost company and have lost my money.

Ordered a bath on the 5/6/24 that cost me over £600. A week later i got an email stating the bath had to be ordered from roca which would take another 7 days. I said that was fine. Im still waiting its now the 20th. I have sent 2 emails with No response and I have someone coming to start ripping my bathroom out to start to put a new one in

No delivery, no answer to communications, no customer service at all.

Have contacted credit card company to get a refund.

I can only judge on their ability to answer the phone or get back to me. As they did neither with me trying on many occasions I can only give 1 star. That said, looks like I had a lucky escape after reading reviews and I guess they do not answer the phone as they think it will be a complaint call.

I had a really poor start to my customer experience with Unbeatable Bathrooms. Basically I didnt hear anything from them for a week or so after my order was placed, until I complained on here, however from then on Adam really stepped up his game and provided great customer service. My order arrived swiftly on the day I was promised it would arrive and I'm very happy with it.

Ordered shower head 1 month ago. No updates, not answering phone or emails. I’ve had to raise this with bank, trading standards. A very disappointing service.

Purchased Brulington Dark Olive Cabinet for £346, they didnt have it in stock and never would as it was end of line, but web site still took the money online, unable to contact by phone, never answers and numerous emails, no reply,
I have now had a refund, I think they need more staff to manage the phones, it would improve their rating massively, 1 person in the showroom cannot deal with customers in store while dealing with online queries.

Unbeatable Bathrooms got in touch with me after I posted my negative review on Trust Pilot to tell me they’d refunded my money in full.
A few days later the full amount did arrive in my bank account so I didn’t need to ask my credit card for a refund.
Adam ( the owner) rung me that day to apologise for all the inconvenience.
If I was to buy from this company again I would ring Adam first to ascertain whether there were any problems .

I've orded from this site bathroom goods worth nearly 400 pounds. It have been 3 weeks and I still haven't recived items. I've emailed them few times and try to phone them but there is no response.
I've checked reviews of this company and there is plenty of people in same situation as me.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying from these cowboys. Paid but have heard nothing since - no item and no reply to my messages and phone calls.
A scammer, I think, my advice is to STEER WELL CLEAR. Wish I could have paid by PayPal or something with some comeback.

I can vouch that I was tempted both by the competitive pricing and scope of products offered by this company. I sought advice on one or two items by calling the customer helpline and spoke to Adam who apart from being very knowledgeable is also really most obliging. I will not hesitate to further purchase in the future. A most satisfying experience; the advertised products are very competitively priced and good quality too also with free and fast delivery, securely packed too. Thanks Adam-Unbeatable Bathrooms!

I had an issue with two toilet frames I have ordered 8 months ago but couldn't open the second item for 8 months. When my builder checked the box after 8 months of delievry we noticed that the frame was missing but only the internal tank. I called Unbeatable Bathrooms and explained the situation. Adam was incredibly helpful and he managed a new delivery within an hour with no extra charge.
If they keep the communication strong and help their customers, this company can make an achievement.

Took payment but didn’t deliver anything. They have not responded to contact via multiple different routes (phone, email) and not issued a refund when I formally requested the order be cancelled. I am now having to attempt to be refunded via my credit card company and will be reporting to Trading Standards

Don't use this company they are scammers, fraudsters and thieves. They don't answer e-mails or their phones claiming that they are having "Technical Issues". They are quick enough to take your money though.

DON’T deal with these people. I ordered a glass shelf on 24th Feb and am still waiting delivery on 13th March. No replies to my emails until I threatened a fraud report and to pull back my payment. No answer on their phone number (after attempts over 3 days), just goes to answerphone. Owner is Adam Richard Smith of The Rookery, Silverdale, Newcastle U L, ST5 6NA (if this is his real address!), and he ran a window company previously that failed! So he thought he’d try this out instead. I’ve been told yesterday that I will get a refund but not got yet, but all the actions or inactions they have taken show THEY ARE NOT a company to deal with.

Didn’t deliver item. Nearly 2 months now and no response from email or phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

disappointing experience, which delayed us completing a client bathroom by two weeks.

I ordered a shower screen on Thursday 15/02, with delivery expected early the following week.
No update from UB received, so I chased by email on 21/02.

No response to this email and numerous calls to the UB number went unsnswered.

I chased again by email on 26/02, later that day I received an email response apologising and claiming that UB were short staffed. Delivery was promised for Wed/Thu that week.

I had to chase again on Thu 29/02, as the screen had not arrived, and there was no tracking info on the UB website.

Delivery was offered for Monday 04/03, and the screen did finally arrive in good condition.
