Unbeatable Bathrooms Avis 

I dug myself into a whole and needed a bath within 3 days and found it on Unbeatable. It's not easy out there and there's teething problems in everything. But Adam called me in the morning explaining how the stock hadn't been updated on the website. He went heaven and earth to find a replacement bath through Ideal Standard, and for that I'm really grateful as it's not easy finding a bath in 3 days.

I placed an order with a 2-5 day delivery time. It has not arrived, and they do not respond to emails or phone calls, and there are no updates. I may have lost my money and now just want a refund, but I'm concerned I've lost it all.

Please avoid!

Wish that I had read the many negative reviews before I placed an order for grohe replacment tap head.
Placed the order on 8th Feb and recieved email back to say that it was being processed I would let me know when its ready for delivery
Sent an email on 17th Feb chasing up my order and recieved an automated email saying that they are experiencing technical difficulties.
Have since phoned several times but have never had a reply by phone or email. I have now ask that the order be cancled and asked for a full refund with in 3 working days, but I dont hold out much hope of that.
This seems like they take your money with no intention of ever delivering the goods avoid these con artists at all cost.

Cannot recommend. No service, no contact after placing order, no response to any means to contact them.

Placed order for a part as appeared to be only UK supplier to have it without resorting to importing it. Following order I have had no further updates, they do not respond to Emails either through their site or using Email address and phones are not answered. Appears to be no way to actually enquire on your order or to get a refund if it is not available.

I was in a rush and didn’t read the reviews before placing an order 🤦‍♀️😩. Two weeks after ordering the shower screen I still hasn’t been dispatched. I have tried to contact Unbeatable Bathrooms several times by phone and email but received no response. I have requested a refund - no response. Now I’m £202 out of pocket and have had to open a dispute with my bank (bank says it could take months to get my money back 😩). Scammers! Avoid!

Like the other reviews I have now read I would give 0 if possible. Ordered item for £39 because they said it was available, then found out from manufacturers that it was no longer made. Tried to contact U B but was told they were all busy and to leave a message and they would get back. No response to message or 2 emails other than to say they were having 'technical difficulties' with phones and emails. Can't make contact. Is this a scam or have they gone broke. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Placed order first week of January. No dispatch or communication at all. Called last week and phone lines dont work. Emailed 3 times and no reply after over a week. Now I will have to go via bank to get money back!

Do not buy from this company! I would rate it zero if possible. I placed an order and when the estimated delivery date passed, tried to get in touch to find out when the item was going to be delivered. I have been unable to contact the company at all - emails bounce back and if you phone them you get an automated message saying they cannot take your call. I used the 'contact us' form on their website and no one has replied. Whether the company is having genuine difficulties or it is a complete scam, avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered a cistern from UB on line. They accepted the order and took money from my credit card. They then said they couldn't supply the cistern but despite repeated requests did not credit the money back. I have obtained a refund through my credit card company.

I ordered a bathroom shelf, £120, on 29.11.2023, never received, no response from company to numerous emails, except one when I threatened to post negative reviews, and the response was "personal reasons" for not sorting order, and they promised to respond ASAP, I have still heard nothing 2 weeks later. Don't buy from this company

They have taken £1600 from me and. It delivered gif over 2 weeks! They don’t respond to emails, messages or phone calls. Criminal company stealing money how is this allowed? Trust pilot need to assist in getting this to watchdog.

My £410 order never arrived. They don't answer emails, phone calls, or the live online chat. It's ridiculous.

If I could give this company 0 stars then I would! I paid for an item which they said would be delivered in 5 working days. It was not delivered and they are not answering their phone, voicemails or emails as I need a refund of over £500. I will soon have to start proceedings against them to recover the money so I would strongly not recommend them.

Had trouble contacting Unbeatable bathrooms about my order. Adam contacted me eventually and resolved my issue quickly and provided a refund. Just wish it was easier to get through to someone!

Ordered a bathroom mirror on 01/11/2023 and have not received it. No reply to emails or phone calls from the company. Terrible customer service, and seem to have just stolen my money..

I ordered a Grohe shower spare part on Nov 13. Since then no communication from the company as to it's status despite having tried email, phone (their website constantly says they are having tech issues with phone) and WhatsApp. I've now sourced the part elsewhere and cancelled the order with Unbeatable. Again there is no confirmation of this from the company. I will be issuing a claimback on my credit card. Furthermore I will be writing to Grohe to advise them to cease recommending Unbeatable as a supplier. I can only assume this company is incompetent or on the path to bankruptcy or administration.

I placed or order back in March, still no response to numerous emails, calls or requests for a refund. Its only £34 for heavens sake, if you need to trade a business where your strategy is to try to defraud your customers/your merchant card providers there is something seriously wrong. When I'm in the area next I'll pop in and see what kind of reception I get to taking £34 worth of goods without paying, I suspect the shoe wont be as comfortable on the other foot

I made contact as I’d not received my order after a couple of weeks and received a very prompt and courteous response apologising for the delay. I received my order within 2 days

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.
Same story as many here.
£200+ paid up front for bathroom sink.
Not responding to emails or calls.
Drawn in by the free delivery while many other companies charge a lot for delivery. Too good to be true....I suppose you don't charge delivery for something you've no intention of delivering.
Can I have my money back please?

I received an email the same evening as posting this review apologising for the delay and explaining having personal difficulties. Item was dispatched yesterday and received today, as ordered.
Looks like a genuine business having some difficulties but trying to keep trading, which I absolutely respect. They are not scammers. I've upgraded my review to 3* - I received what I ordered just over 2 weeks later, communications weren't great but came eventually.
