Unbeatable Bathrooms Avis 

This is a SCAM I sent money no goods no return of Money do not use.

Being someone who always checks reviews etc before making purchases, I cannot believe I did not do so on this occasion. I guess I am therefore partially to blame!! My story is the same as the many others here, they took my money and I received a confirmation email. Then... nothing... nothing at all. Have rung and emailed to no avail. Please do not buy anything from this company!!

I bought an item with my credit card. I initially got an email with order acknowledgement. Since then, nothing!! Phoned at least eight times. Left messages, sent emails and no response whatsoever. Checked on Companies House and Unbeatable Bathrooms are still listed as trading. Other companies by the same owner are not. I also looked at Street View and you can see Bliss Bathrooms, which is no longer trading and in the street is a newish van with Unbeatable Bathrooms on the side of it. My guess is they have got into financial difficulty and have continued to trade and take our money, which is illegal. I have instructed my bank to recover my money, which they can do by bank to bank dealings. Do not waste your money with this company as it is unlikely you will receive any goods !!!

After writing this review I was contacted by the owner who explained that he was experiencing some personal problems at the current time. He apologised for not responding earlier and sent me a full refund immediately. He seemed like a reasonable person when we finally spoke. I hope other people are contacted as he promised and he gets his business back in order.

Paid £1105 for a bath on 10/10/2023 and despite receiving an order confirmation and then being told on 17/10 that delivery would be made before the end of Oct, have not had delivery or any news. Neither telephone or email is being answered.
Unfortunately this is a scam - be warned.

Scam Company - DO NOT USE

Ordered a hob on the 17th October - now 7th November. Have sent numerous emails, called (at least 7 times). No hob, no reply.
Being reported to credit card provider now as fraudulent supplier.

Scam. Taken £885 from me for a coffee machine and never recieved it. Cannot get in contact

Definitely a scam. I have tried to contact every way possible and no answer and don't answer phone. Don't use

Update: I was contacted by the owner the same day he apologised for not being able to fulfill my order and arranged for a full refund which I have now received.

Sadly my story is the same as the others on here. They accepted an order for a towel rail for which I paid in full. Then they said there would be a 4 week delay which I accepted.
Now 10 weeks later there is no sign of a towel rail and they are ignoring my requests for a refund.
I have had to open a case with paypal to get my money back.
Don't trust them, don't expect the items online to be in stock. I suspect they hope the customer will forget or just give up and accept they are out of pocket.

Paid for parts in May and accepted 4 week delay as reasonable. However no sign of any order update and weeks passed with no response. Ignored my messages, voicemails and emails. Paid through Klarna so initiated refund through them. Had tried to do this with unbeatable bathrooms themselves but they just ignored my refund request. What a joke! I wouldn’t recommend them at all and can’t think of a good word to say. Klarna did give me the directors email but despite sending two emails to him my emails were also ignored. Thankfully for me Klarna are issuing refund in full but I could have done without the wasted time and effort chasing around. One star for them is two stars too many in my opinion. Total rubbish customer service. Avoid - go to a supplier who understands what good customer service is. I ordered parts in May. Refund processed today (October)

Ordered an oven from Unbeatable Kitchens in May 2022, took £530 off my card, kept telling me there is a delay in delivery, this went on until around Aug then they have gone cold on me, wont answer phone, reply to Emails or online chat! Proceeding with small claims court now. Sept 2023 now!

AVOID! SCAM!

Ordered more than £750 of goods on 10th September. Received an order confirmation and have heard nothing since. They don't reply to phone calls/messages or emails. Luckily I'd used my credit card to order, so Visa are recovering my money for me.

My credit card company had to get involved to recover my money as this company is a sham.

They neither supplied the goods ordered nor did they allow any communication.

Still waiting for a refund on faulty shower which has arrived and they will not organise the collection of this! Beware I am out of pocket £200 and I urge anyone else not to order from them as I believe you will have more issues than it worth!
Images and email sent when the parcel arrived! Told they would refund! Still nothing!

I so wish I'd read these trustpilot reviews before ordering. Ordered for my elderly mum & now feel bad as she's basically lost several hundred pounds for a hob which the company isn't sending. They don't answer phones or chat or messages. I guess they are a fraudulent scam that somehow is still allowed to exist? Will try the bank & see if they can help. My order was with unbeatable kitchens but it seems to be part of unbeatable bathrooms.

They really don’t deserve the one star. I placed an order over a month ago, received a confirmation email, and the money came out of my account. I’ve tried to contact them by phone (they never answer and no response to messages left), Facebook, WhatsApp and of course email. I’ve had their generic “thank you for your patience” response twice. No answer to my queries about where my order is. No response to my requests for a refund so I can source the item elsewhere. This is holding up our renovation. Appalling customer service. I now see all these other reviews of course, and can see there is little hope of receiving my order.

I ordered a wash basin from unbeatable bathrooms on 31 July 2023 (now 07/09/2023) After I received a confirmation of order email the following day I have had only automatically generated replies to the many emails i've sent over past 5/6 weeks and also messages left on their telephone service (again only automated responses) ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS
