Top marks for wills.

I used union line to update the wills that we had (not done by union line). I must say that myself and my wife were very pleased with the service we received. Olivia Graham and other members of the team did a very good job in assisting us to get the best wills to suit our circumstances and the process was completed in good time and the cost was certainly at least half the price of using high street Solicitors. I was a retired union member of GMB. Have no issues in recommending them for the issuing of wills

Wow, Useless company, left me £17000 out of pocket

They represented me in a claim against NHS. Only received half my award, they messed everything up. Complained, they do nothing, so have to now use ombudsman. This company is absolutely useless and defend themselves when complaints made. No resolution offered, just pass the buck or blame the client. Solicitors changing hands all the time, so no continuity, so mistakes are made. No correspondence had to always chase, promised phone calls never happen. How this company represents NHS staff is beyond me. UNION LINE not worth the membership fee

Awful service

Awful service, no communication unless I made contact. Clearly on side of Royal Mail, wish I had gone to a proper solicitor, dreadful and shouldn’t be in business, believe what they want to and don’t listen, worse than dreadful

Industrial accident at work claim

After an industrial injury at a previous employer, I contacted unionline too pursue a claim for negligence, Tahirah Yousaf was assigned too my case, and was a fantastic solicitor, she gave me plenty of updates ,as my case progressed, and the whole experience was first class, resulting in a positive result, and my ex employer admitting liability for my accident,

I cannot recommend UnionLine highly enough. From start to finish, the support I received was absolutely first class and made what could have been an extremely stressful and overwhelming experience feel straightforward, calm, and manageable.
My personal injury at work claim was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine understanding. Everything was clearly explained at each stage, communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt listened to and supported. The process itself was remarkably smooth and painless, which is not something you often hear when it comes to legal matters.
A special mention must go to my solicitor, Tahirah Yousaf, who was nothing short of outstanding. Tahirah was approachable, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to fully understand my situation and the impact the injury had on my work and life, and she dealt with everything in a calm, reassuring, and highly professional manner. No question ever felt like a nuisance, and I always felt that she genuinely had my best interests at heart.

Awful from start to finish not even…

Awful from start to finish not even accurately understanding Key Facts.

What was particularly frustrating was the rather ignorant (of law and comprehending facts) individual rhat repeatedly issued ultimatums that a night shift worker call back during the day when the worker was asleep. Not one email apart from ultimatum texts that couldn't be replied to and uninterested staff eventually answering phones but unable to help! Not sure the GMB is just scamming fees for not at all helpful union lawyers that are not ever available and only kids from school working on work experience answering calls?

They really don't want to help! One set of forms sent to home for signature had someone else's name throughout or were mispelt with absolutely wrong injury details!

Called unionline as my sister passed…

Called unionline as my sister passed away and I needed to obtain a Letter of Administration, my case worker was Harriett she called me went through the details and price, they sent me the paperwork, returned it and that was basically it, the letters arrived before they said, there were no issues, if I emailed they would reply, would definitely use them again if I needed to.

Complete waste of time ,cancer…

Complete waste of time ,cancer misdiagnosed leading to a full neck resection provided proof of being lost to follow up for 2years meaning cancer not picked up earlier so avoiding surgery,they provided expert report not highlighting this when challenged the solicitor stuck to their report and not furthering my claim this took 12mths nice little earner for solicitors with no risk them now with a specialist company don't waste your time with unionline.

Avoid Joy poor service

Had an outstanding data protection breach case from 18 months ago. No statement taken at the time and when Joy got round to it they had lost all the documents l had sent as well. You couldn't write it. Extremely poor service this time.

Outstanding service and great customer support from Meya.

I write this review with sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the work that my UnionLine solicitor has done for me over the last two years or so, Meya has shown nothing but complete dedication, devotion and determination to win my cases. 1 of which was initially given to a more senior colleague of her’s who along with another senior member of the team giving a 2nd review, whom both informed me that on this particular case that I didn’t have in their opinion a valid possibility of getting a winning outcome.
I then asked for this case to be given over to Meya Phiri to review and take on should she feel comfortable with the outcome of a possible win.
So from going from 2 senior solicitors within the company informing me that I wouldn’t win my case, Meya took control and I ended up with an 80/20 split win decision on my behalf.
Meya is a dedicated and honest woman who I have had fighting my corner for all of my interests and she has won all of them.
I can not thank her more nor can I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an outstanding knowledgeable and with such an amazing talent for looking outside the box and having the ability for maintaining her attention to detail.
Meya you are the best and I’m glad your in my corner, you have my trust without question and I know you always look after for your clients best interests at any given issue you discuss with them at the earliest opportunity.
