I ordered from abroad. I was waiting for the arrival, at home, but the courier did not how a doorbell, or phone works. The third time, I finally found him by mistake, and he was waiting in front of my neighbours' house, in a white car, not even a sign on it. They want me to wait outside for days, and ask anyone whether it is the courier?
I try to get in touch with them, thorugh e-mails (still no reply), and phone. On the phone they said they cannot help me, because they are not in contact with their collages, this vent on for 3 days. The simplicity of the phone assistance is frightening, it is a joke, not even trying to help me. I d not recommend it to anyone.

I requested 1-day delivery from abroad, I paid 35 euros for it. On the day of delivery, they said it would be delivered by 9 pm, but at 6 am I received an email saying it couldn't be delivered. I was at home all day, no one called. It's outrageous that they don't even answer the phone at customer service, there is no way to make an official complaint anywhere.
Do not use UPS Hungary
UPS said that I was not at home when they tried to deliver my package. I was working outside the whole morning and I have cctv which clearly does NOT show a UPS van anywhere near my house. Their website stated that would try to deliver on the next working day, which they didn't. The following morning I contacted them and their "customer service" stated that the driver would be in my area at around 11am. At 3.30pm I called them again and was told that the driver was still out and should deliver my package before 6pm. It's now 6pm and still no UPS driver. DO NOT use UPS Hungary, their service is terrible.
AVOID AT ALL COST
incompetent company unable to deliver basic packages to it's customers, avoid.

Really trash company the one and last time I ship anything with them the delivery is a big joke in Hungary the delivery wrote that I was not at home twice even I was at home and called the customer support to make sure that I am at home only later to wait outside the house for 2 hours and at the end I received that he come and did not find me while I was outside the building waiting for 2 hours did not leave as I was hoping to meet him in person and my friend was in flat all the time so there was no chance to miss him only later to call the support and they informed me they want to return it for USA what a big joke who will pay for shipping again

It still hasn't left the warehouse, even though it comes from Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic, etc., it's still at least 5 to 7 days in the UPS warehouse. This is unacceptable.

Nem tudom ajánlani senkinek ha tehetitek akkor ne rajtuk keresztül rendeljetek. Nem jelezték pontosan milyen idő intervallumban hozzák, felhívtam a központot nem tudtak semmit. Egyszer megpróbálták kivinni én utána felhívtam a futárt ő viszont rendes volt
Terrible service with unhelpful call center
They claimed Amazon didn't provide them with my correct address and phone number, so they refused to ship. This happened both times when they were the shipping company. (Other carrier companies had no problem with it.)
The customer service blamed Amazon and provided no help whatsoever. They even refused to connect me with the carrier in any way so I could meet them to get my package.
When I went to their center to pick up my package in person, the lady at the front (the only helpful and kind UPS employee I met) confirmed they had the correct data in my system. When I received the package, the label also had my correct address and phone number.
I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give less.

Eigentlich ist das Unternehmen nicht mal einen Stern wert aber leider muss man bei der Bewertung einen Stern angeben. Paket wird seit zwei Wochen nicht geliefert. Meine Adresse ist nicht auffindbar. Habe meine Adresse mehrfach bestätigt, meine Telefonnummer hinterlegt und sogar angeboten mein live Standort dem Unternehmen zu schicken weil der Fahrer nicht in der Lage ist eine Adresse zu finden. Nun alles in allem ist das Paket immer noch unterwegs und täglich wird mir gesagt dass es am nächsten Tag geliefert wird aber das passiert leider nicht. Für mich das miserabelste Lieferunternehmen aller Zeiten

UPS sollte am 30.01.2025 wie angekündigt liefern. Das ist leider nicht passiert. UPS schrieb mir dass ich sehr abgelegen wohne. Es wird später geliefert. Ich schrieb an UPS wann das Packet geliefert werden kann. Keine Antwort von UPS ! Unmögliches verhalten von UPS. Der letzte Saftladen… nie wieder UPS!

I can’t comprehend how such a large company is able to be so unorganized and incompetent in 2025. I mean, the website tracker gives you false information and does not update properly, when calling customer care (3 times) I could not get a strait answer about the whereabouts of my package, whether it’s being delivered on the day it was supposed to (or if not, why?!), deadlines were not met, and the chaos… also, received false information about them not knowing where the package is supposed to ship. Like how can you even use an excuse like that for failing to organize things properly. Also, no one reached out to me, I had to call them several times to understand their misunderstanding, receiving different explanations/excuses each time.
The process was good in the US and Germany, then the package reached Hungary, and disaster happened.
I really hope I will never be sent a package delivered by UPS ever again, terrible service, incapable costumer service.

Their customer service, their website, and the delivery are beyond reproach. My partner was at home, the courier never came near the house, and then the tracking says: "The recipient was not available on the first delivery attempt. We will try again the next business day."
Disaster
Disaster, perhaps the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. It's truly pathetic what they are doing; everything has already been described by others before me. I can't believe that in 2025, a company can still operate with such quality of service.

Out of all the times I have ever ordered something, UPS is the only company to consistently fck something up in every order: Rescheduled delivery by anon. user. Address does not exist, address is not correct...
Just say you were too f.cking lazy to do your job.
Wonder why other shipping companies can do their one and only job, actually deliver your items to you.
Whenever I see that my amazon package will be delivered by UPS I always let out a sigh and curse my luck that I ended up with them again.

What a bad service, never experienced sth like that. Nobody reachable during X-mas time, they said the address is not existing (all other delivery services using it without an issue…); but no possibility to correct it.

If I could have a chance to give a 0 to this company, that would be best! Extremely poor service! Unrespectful, and absolutely unacceptable way to handle everything. Never on time but never call the person who’s the delivery for. They said it’s a decision made by the driver… that is not just ridiculous but also horrific customer service especially around Christmas time. The package was a Christmas gift + birthday gift for my family members!!! Who the hell on earth dont even try to make that kind of job at least correctly?! Ohh, and the way how they talk trough the phone at the customer service … manners!!!

VAT overcharge
They charged import VAT for the full price of the product instead of the 35% reduced one that I actually paid. I showed them the documents and they did not care.
They also charged an extra 12,8% on the product for whatever reason that no other shipping companies charge as my experience.
Ended up 40% extra cost.
At least I received the package, that is why they got one star.
