Sometimes the pricing is inconsistent
Sometimes the pricing is inconsistent. There's almost no point spend full price on many of the items. They are priced too high and should only be purchased when on sale. I don't think the quality justifies the original price tbh.

i love the product and the add-ons are…
i love the product and the add-ons are nice- it’s hard to navigate the rewards though. This past order it looked like there would be at least one more reward but i couldn’t figure it out.

Extremely disappointed with customer service
So rubbish customer service. Wanted to return duplicate order which was placed due to technical issues. It’s been 3 months now since trying to get this sorted but support team is either half sleeping all the time that they don’t care to understand what is customer asking for. Getting irrelevant emails response from the support team looks like they don’t bother about reading and understanding the issue just send canned response as a reply to every email. Extremely disappointed.

Two of my more recent orders were canceled because you realized a few days after I ordered that you were out of stock. One of these orders was a gift. Update your system so I don’t get embarrassed like this again. When someone orders something make sure you have it in stock

waiting for pickup for eve
very bad experience with ESPA. I placed order on Dec. 23rd,2023, but order never been shipped out 20day later.
When I tracking my order, the status will always been wait for pickup. It looks like UPS mail never want to pick up my order from ESPA.

Love these products
The website was easy to navigate and I love the bundles gift pack options, a better deal than buying things individually! I do wish there were some trial size or travel size options, as I travel frequently.
