I love the style of clothes Motel sells. The price point is fair, though for the quality of some items, it could be a bit lower. Shipping arrived quickly, and I’ve never had any problems with my orders.

I never got my package like hello idk if it’s a DHL issue but it said it’s been delivered for weeks and I haven’t recieved anything like these jeans r a billion dollars i don’t have the money to just throw it away like that.

I’ve shopped at Motel Rocks a few…
I’ve shopped at Motel Rocks a few times, and am always decently satisfied with my purchases. Shipping is fast and the customer support team is always very helpful.
I am leaving 4/5 stars because although I think their designs are absolutely amazing- the quality never matches the price point. The fabrics are usually extremely cheap feeling and the fit is entirely hit or miss.
I love the store and will continue to shop here, I do hope that one day they will improve their manufacturing though.

Poor sizing
The sizing is completely off. Usually when swimsuits go up in size, they not only go up in the size of the band, but also in the cup. I have a large cup size, so I ordered the XL. (Which typically works for me). The cup doesn’t even cover the size of my hand. Imagine that on a breast! The stitching on this bathing suit top is also not the best. There’s visible strings hanging off of the top. Very cute print but it’s clear this is only made for smaller chested people.

Crazy inconsistent sizing
Received two pairs of the same pants and different colors. One was way too big and the other was way too small. Terrible quality assurance in this day and age. Super frustrating and now an annoying return.

Genuinely terrible customer service
Genuinely terrible customer service. They sold out of the swimsuit I ordered so they sent me a different one. I’ve been emailing and calling for 2 weeks to fix this and they completely disregard my situation. The swimsuit was supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister. If I’m spending $90 on a swimsuit set, I expect to get the swimsuit I ordered. I’m all for small businesses, but this one really did me dirty.

In between sizes but overall nice jeans
I really liked these pants and had been looking for a good white staple jeans for the spring/summer season. However neither of the two sizes I tried on fit right. I may have just got unlucky being in between sizes or if it’s a sizing gap issue. I got the W28xL30 and the pants fit very snug and were flattering but too tight around the pelvic area. I knew it would be uncomfortable if I kept them. I sized up and exchanged for the W30xL30 and the waist band was too big. I could slide out of the pants without unbuttoning them. I think I’m just going to have to find a tailor for them. For reference, 28 petite sizes usually fits me just right (abercrombie and fitch has a similar shape and style for comparison that is perfect). I’m 5’3 and 135lbs also. But aside from that for the quality price was to be expected and the exchange process was really straightforward too.
