My son loves the car so much. He didn’t even want to get out. Easy to put together but some of the parts will come out off if you pull them to readjust the car

My order was done on line. I was kept informed about the status of my order from the minute I did the order until I received my product. The estimated date of arrival was dead on. The product was well packaged and in good shape when it was received. My three year old great grandson was so excited when we got his battery operated tractor assembled, charged up and he was able to ride.

We received our ride on car and had issues with it from the start. It ran for 10 minutes and after that, nothing, it completely died. Tested the battery and it was reading fully charged. Corresponded several times with support and tried different things but nothing worked. Tobbi is sending us a new car. I can't say much about the replacement car yet but I can say that Tobbi's customer service and tech support has been nothing but amazing.

My granddaughter loves it. she loves how easy it is to get on and off the tractor. She loves the trailer and likes to carry stuff around with it. It has plenty of power. We are so pleased and she loves it.

I received my order quickly
I received my order quickly, easy to assemble! I bought it for my 11month grandaughter..she loves it.. I don't see how a child older than two could fit in this, it's small. The charge doesn't last long, but it's fine for how Long she is in it. The parent remote is perfect. I would Definitely recommend!

This worked fine for about a month and immediately I messaged Tobbi when we started to have issues first it was the battery. It just sucks! They suggested different things to try and we've bought several parts. Nothing has fixed it yet. They just keep telling me to contact a professional to fix it. I paid $300 for a jeep it should not have issues after getting only using it 3 times or so my child was only 2 at the time. I'm not going to shell out more money to have someone fix it when it should last more then a month to begin with. We live in the Midwest and can only use it 4 months out of the year. Come back to spring after it sat in our heated shop all winter and nothing at all after charging. Now they are telling me another part to try. I would have been better off just buying the actual Power Wheels Brand at this point with all my wasted time, money for the jeep plus having to buy additional parts and still my kids jeep isn't working! 🥺
