I ordered a Jeep ride-on toy for my 6 year old and it was delivered a day earlier than scheduled. The Jeep is really nice and definitely worth the money. It's actually fairly cheap costing for the quality and service. I would recommend Tobbi to anyone. Great service. Great company. Great product.

I got the 12volt kids ride on electric police truck with remote for grandson for second birthday and it only took 3 days to come to my address. I also had $10 off coupon plus got it on sale in clearance. It wasn't difficult to put together and all pieces was included. Thanks Tobbi! My grandson loves it! Also,price I could afford .

Had trouble with coupon and customer service respond quickly and issued a refund.

The cars are built beautiful. Seeing my two grandchildren ride them and how happy they are makes me feel happy..The cost is excellent and the assembly of the cars was very easy. I highly recommend.

Customer service is always a great aspect for a company. Two weeks until Christmas I was trying to find a unique gift for my grandchildren. I first tried ordering 2 Snail bumper cars through Amazon and Walmart but they were back ordered so I decided to try a direct buy through Tobbi. Only one was available that day with an expectation of the 2nd being available with 2-3 days or I had the option to substitute for another item. The first shipment arrived within a few days and several days later the second shipment which was mislabeled ( mistakes happen) arrived with the wrong item. I contacted the customer service via phone within 24 hours I was contacted with the information assuring me that a pick up label was issued for wrong shipment and the corrected item would be shipped ASAP. Within a few days everything was corrected. Please thank your staff, especially Ruby for her kindness from the start to the closing of this order. I look forward to purchasing future items from you.

I am dissatisfied with my purchase. The plastic on the seat and steering wheel are cheaply made. I was unable to put screw on wheel and seat adjustment button is stuck. I would not recommend this product.

UPDATE: I received a email this morning from customer service. They told me to look for the missing part under the car and sure enough there it was hidden in plan sight. I had to remove a wheel to get it out. Strange place to put it but I'm glad I found it.

I super glued the broken part on the seat and today we took it for a drive. My daughter loves it and I love being able to control the car with the remote. Great car and awesome customer service. Thank you TOBBI! Christmas is saved. lol

Original REVIEW: I ordered the Tobbi 12V Mercedes Benz GLA45 Kids 2 Seater Power Wheels With Remote, Red for Christmas on 12/17. It came today and I'm totally bummed. It's missing Item #6 (Car Tail) and the seat belt is broken at the screw on the bottom so I need a new seat as well. I called the number on the website. Was told I'll get a email in the next 48 hours. So now I have a broken car to give my kiddo for Christmas. Charging it now hopefully it at least runs. I'll let you know how customer service goes.

I purchased a Tobbi ride on Jeep from a 3rd party that didnt ship me all the parts, then basically said they couldnt do anything to help me and quit replying to my emails.
I decided to try reaching out directly to Tobbi to see if the missing parts could be purchased through them. After answering some emails with pictures of model numbers and proof of purchase, they informed me that the missing parts were available to purchase and gave me the steps to get them ordered, shipping conformation and tracking number.
My communications were all through email with Elsie, Lecea and mostly Ruby. Thay were all wonderful to communicate with, clear in the information they needed, polite, friendly and very prompt in replying. Every email I sent to them was replied to with in 24 hours.
I will definitely recommend Tobbi products to anyone in the future and will choose to do business with them when possible.
