Kan maar 1 apparaat, en geen antwoord
Ik heb een abonnement genomen en ik kan maar op 1 computer of telefoon en tegelijk. Ik heb een bericht gestuurd en krijg geen antwoord. Ik wil graag verder maar niet op deze manier. Ik heb het abonnement opgezegd, en ook hier krijg ik geen bericht van. Ik blijf mooi bij mijn oude payserver.

I paid for a block account it does not work and they saved my credit card on thier website without a way to delete it i contacted support 2 times no respond whatso ever would not recommend and do not trust

Good service, nice prices but not perfect.
It is very easy to create an account and get online on Usenet. The data bundles are ok as are the prices.
However, the transmission speed is not very constant and usually low, making downloads of large amounts of data a matter of patience. And posting in some newsgroups is not possible, despite the settings allowing it.
Also, the binary retention is not as long as the text retention (which is used in advertising).

Kon eerst niet inloggen (was een fout…
Kon eerst niet inloggen (was een fout van mijzelf had niet goed gelezen).
Na gebeld te hebben binnen 2 minuten een medewerker aan de lijn.
Was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Alles is nu opgelost.
Voor de prijs die ik per maand betaal, de snelheid en de retentie, ben echt verbaasd dat het zo goedkoop en goed is.
Tot nu toe dus een erg blije klant en zou het iedereen aanbevelen.
Hoop dat dit zo blijft.

Bogus claims on retention and speed
They claim 3000 day retention. The best I got from them was just over 1000 days. Nothing older was available. Speed for anything that is not new is terrible.
Fortunately I only took a month rather than a year to test them and glad I did.
I guess if you only want new stuff it's cheap and cheerful but anything else you should be able to find better for only slightly more.
