Already paid for premium plan but still showing not showing premium plan and no facility. This is customer behaviour experience. We raise ticket but one person goes to another and another person goes to another. They already passed 5 days but no support provided.
I do not feel it is ethical to force…
I do not feel it is ethical to force your branding by putting huge logos on cookie banners (a legal requirement for most sites) and then try and force me to pay to remove your logo. It feels like you are taking advantage to push advertising of your company, because of this i do not trust your company at all.

Usercentrics is an easy to use and feature rich tool. Our developer was on vacation and our trial expired before he got to test it for our needs.
The support team at Usercentrics were incredibly gracious to extend our trial, and for that flexibility alone, along with the excellent support, we will be subscribing.

The idea of an easy to implement CMP is great but....
Overall I find the service something that would be incredibly helpful for so many people.
I would highly recommend for the GoDaddy Implementations, to add somewhere instructions on how to actually officially add Usercentrics to GoDaddy. There really isn't a lot of information on how best to do that, and using GTM is often not the easiest either because the explanation they give you is 3 years old and slightly outdated.

Simple to set up!
Simple to set up for individual regions... would be better if they had predefined geolocation rules we can use and didn't have to configure every region separately.

The tool is very powerful if you know how to use it
The functionality and effectiveness are excellent! However, it's not exactly a tool for beginners; you really need to know what you're doing. It would be great to see more support or a guided tour from the manufacturer to help users navigate their first steps or troubleshoot initial issues.
