They were over an hour later than expected ( an hour past the 11:30-1:30 time window) it was storming by then and several of my boxes got wet. Two of the men were wonderful, the one guy kept hitting walls with my stuff and he is the one that put the boxes at the opening of the truck. The boxes were marked and he brought them into me upside down soaking wet. It was toiletry items and some were ruined. I have been harassed by "Joe" from us relocations to fill out review. I did not have internet to do this until today, but several times he would call. When I said I was at work he continued to talk. Very rude.

The team was so careful and attentive to my possessions. They were efficient, detail-focused, professional, friendly, and efficient.

This move this past weekend has been the best stress free move I have ever made. The movers were quick and amazing. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience. Setting up the move was very easy and straightforward. The three-man moving team from ASAP Movers(the move was in Alabama) was fantastic. They worked very hard in near 100 degree weather, were very professional, and really took care of my home and property. I highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

This process began with the first call to the company to the wrap up call and follow up call after delivery. The movers worked with diligence and precision. I appreciated how efficiently they worked, and how they handled my items with care. I had a very positive experience.

US Relocation Services staff were very easy to work with. We moved on July 21. They contracted with a local mover who provided excellent service loading and unloading our furniture and goods. No breakage. The men were friendly and courteous throughout a long moving day. I think the overall move time was underestimated and the movers got started a bit late. We moved to a neighboring state so it made for a long day including travel time. But overall, everything went well and I am happy to recommend US Relocation Servies as a choice for helping with a household move.

Very curious staff, loaded and unloaded promptly, took their time and wrapped furniture to prevent scuffs and scratches. Highly recommend!

Yes the guy was amazing and they did take care of my stuff as well make sure that any wall was not hit while moving really good work .

The movers worked incredibly hard and were very accommodating with changes. They had to take 4 flights of stairs to move my things on a hot day so it was not an easy job.

Both times unfortunately the moving crew has caused some slight damage to my items but nothing to really write too much into hence a star loss. First time around was, outside of the slight damage, exceptional.. extremely on point very fast moving the crew arrived at the location before me and were already in the process of unpacking. However, this time around I had a crew that used a truck that was around 3-4 times too large for the move which lead to taking about 3 times as long to move the items that the previous crew moved as due to the size of the truck they had to have the second crew member stay in the truck to carry and lift all the items towards the back, and were well over an hour late when I took my time getting to the destination overall costing me 2.5+ hours more in fees. Overall, I would recommend the company, US Relocation, to make sure they have ample communication between themselves and the movers to make sure that the proper equipment is used. I am giving them a 4 star simply because the first move was far greater than the second otherwise this would have been between a 2-3.

They were on time and got job done per the estimate. Would recommend them.
