Moving can be stressful; but I made the right choice when I chose US Relocation. First of all (and very importantly), the communication, throughout the entire process was excellent. Joe Eric, who coordinated my move was polite, patient, really listened to me and the concerns I expressed, and gave me a reasonable price. He is a man of integrity and a man of his word. On the day of the move, the crew sent was polite, efficient, and very accommodating. Because I was unable to make it to the place of the delivery on time and one to the items, (a very heavy two-piece glass top coffee table), was positioned incorrectly; Joe took full responsibility regarding the matter and reassured me that the table would be placed correctly. In a few days, it was. So, I cannot emphasize enough how professional Joe was throughout the entire process, from start to finish and his calm reassuring manner helped. I would definitely use US Relocation for future moves and I definitely recommend the company to others..

I had a terrible experience with this company. They arrived late and worked incredibly slowly, dragging out the time just to inflate the bill. To make it worse, their customer service representative was completely useless. They did nothing to help the situation and refused to resolve any of our issues. Avoid this unprofessional company.

It was SO easy. None of the hassles calling around to find a mover. No payment hassles (some prefer just cash). Total commitment to communicating all steps of the move. It was SO hassle free. Despite the heavy rain, the fellas were extremely pleasant, efficiently quick and took very good care of my boxes and bins. They also helped me with a few small extras like moving my fridge and putting my mattress rolls on the bedframes for openning at later date. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable for loading and driving 2 hours to unload at the requested destination in southeast Texas. Absolutely NO complaints.

I will definitely use Movers.com, US Relocation and Summit when I clear the house for the remodel later this year!
