This is the most dishonest company on earth! I should have known better when they kept changing estimates regarding packaging, storage fees etc. I contracted with them to move on 1/31/24. However, it became necessary to move out a day early. I was quoted a storage of $250 for the night but that was false; I ended up paying $300. After everything was loaded (which took until about 8:00pm) they told me they were going to their base in the Bronx and deliver the next day. On the next day, I was told that storage meant that they had to offload the truck that night and reload the following day for extra charges which happened to be an extra $2400 from the original estimate. I moved within State (NJ) about 65 miles away. I ended up paying to $5387.50 for a move that was supposed to be less than $1500. Everything changed when I decided to pack myself to reduce cost. My belongings were held hostage until an extra $2400 was paid before their release. Worse than highway robbery - a bunch of crooks from the salesperson Jeff Thomas, to move coordinator Alex Murphy, and a Joe Eric. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

They are simply a middleman in India or Pakistan. They lied to the actual moving company. We felt bad that the quote was low and the movers weren’t paid enough. They lie and aren’t movers. Look for a local company yourself. They aren’t necessary at all. They just steal from hard working people doing nothing for any of it

Pros: The cost was cheaper than the other moving companies I have searched. Many good reviews which made me go towards using their company. You go through a moving broker which is supposed to help alleviate some of the stress with them scheduling and negotiating a price.
Updated: I had some issues originally but the company made sure to correct it and offer a discount. They are really about customer service and making sure the customer is treated fairly and respectively. Andy is amazing. If you get him as your broker, rest assure you will be taken care of. -Joe Fortuno

It was a seem less experience from vehicle pickup to the delivery.

The movers were great very polite and eager to please. Communication to get in contact with and return calls to the administrative office is very frustrating. Everyone’s voice mail is full so you can’t leave a message.

We had already done a lot of the work, removing drawers from furniture and hauling all glass items on our own, but the heavy lifting was definitely necessary and completed with diligence.

I am writing this review because of having my experience in the past move and chatting with some of my friends who recently move.
The US Relocation has done a commendable job in a very much affordable price, and I do not even come to know that they have shifted my entire home from North Carolina NC to Irving Texas. The staff came to my house, disassemble the Furniture, packed all my stuff, loaded it, brought everything to my new home, assemble my furniture and put the things in a very nice and professional manner. Not even a single small stuff arrived is broken. I will definitely voluntarily recommend my friend to work with this company. 100% satisfaction with 10 out of 10 marks given to US relocation.

The crew sent by US Relocation was extremely professional throughout the process. They packed all our items well, and moved them up and down without any damage to either the items not the walls.

The quote given by them was competitive and we couldn’t get a cheaper option anywhere else. They were also patient and pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them if you are moving.

They were very personalable and did everything, except the vehicle wasn't big enough to get everything so we will slowly have to do it ourself. They needed a vehicle much larger and so not prepared properly

Overall experienced was good .. I paid close to 600 for an hour and half of work in total .. that’s way cheaper than other companies .. .. I think I was charged extra because the movers were coming from a longer distance and company had to be changed last minute due to move date and it being moving season so availability was limited . … the truck wasn’t as big as I needed to fit all of my things in one move so I ended up coming back and renting a U-Haul trailer to get the rest of my things with my family which honestly would’ve been cheaper if I had just went that route but for the labor maybe not so much cheaper .. I thank the movers though because I less moving from the 3rd floor and ain’t no way coming up and down them steps with the furniture I would’ve survived lol … I can only imagine because I barely survived just moving the small things that were left that included the crates and small things that can fit in a trailer .. they did ended up leaving a piece of my bed in the truck but it was returned the next day so I’m not worried about that .. i guess this while experience for the month with moving was a Hassel so I think officially being moved is a relief so overall I’m ok lol
