Utillian Avis 81

I have had the Utillian 5 for a long time and love it. I've been able to use it on my box mod without any issues and just one kanthal coil lasted me most of the time I've had it. Went from starting to clog up right back to where it was when I put it in originally! Very solid product and solid materials.

My first time using this tool and it's amazing so far. So easy to use, very sturdy build. What's missing is: Video instructions on how to use it for the first time. I had to search hard for some random Youtube video. They should have a QR code that just takes us to a video. And it says we should run it through a sanitary cycle before first use, but nowhere does it say how to run a sanitary cycle. Video instructions, please!

Purchase two items from you guys sent several emails contacted you by phone during your business hours never received any call back and when I did, the woman was supposed to send me over the tracking number for the purchase that I made she never sent it and I’m still waiting my units I have not received them

The age verification process is absolutely flawed and caused us to decide NOT to purchase any items from Utillian. First, during Checkout, it asks the reasonable question (and common form to all over-21 websites) of the customer's date of birth. BUT after supplying that information, it later puts you through a horribly flawed 'Age Verification' process that, in the end, refused to allow us to make the purchase unless we supplied either the last 4 digits of our social security #, or a "photo ID" (which, of course, means you're showing them your entire drivers license information. Over the ethernet and throughout the Internet. Without any knowledge of what the seller could then use that information for in the future! Utillian, you DON'T NEED THAT MUCH PROOF OF AGE. I even tried reaching out to Utillian via email, but they show no interest in resolving the problem. It's really a shame that Utillian insists on this 'smells like a scam' process, and 'Dope as Yola' recommended your products, BUT BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN POOR CHECKOUT METHOD, WE WON'T BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM YOU.

This is my third....the first two lasted years before the flashy lights....#3 I used twice=worked great....four hours later came flashy lights....

I’ve been trying to contact this company for a week and a half. I bought two utility eights one of them broke less than a year. They refused to refund the yellow and broken in three days and they refused to refund it. I spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday and they hung up on me and they refused to call me back today. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and they still haven’t got back to me.

Great customer service 1 on 1 there is no room for improvement. You guys are excellent

They advised a vape pen sent a battery its a scam and way over priced nothing and said would send a return instead i got this review go figure and kept telling me to look at page 9 and read small print which said it was complete machine and they don't sell anything to make it work again go figure
