Well made & designed

This is my first time vaping, I researched many before buying the 621. It’s very easy to use, the temp control, the session timer, the 5 clicks to turn it on and off not to sure about that but easy enough to master. Cleaning was easy enough didn’t take long which is a nice feature because it will have to be done a lot. Now only time will tell on its durability.

I purchased a Utillian unit 06OCT25

I purchased a Utillian unit 06OCT25. The first week and 4 uses were uneventful.
System worked very well.
Then, problem. The air flow stopped, I determined the problem was inside the glass retort. Submerged in alcohol and cleaned, worked 2 uses.
YOUR distributor says " make video of AIR FLOW"
They just thought it was funny. I thought about making a video of me Pharting and tell him to just smell it. I ordered a new glass directly from Utillian. I also ordered Puffco Peek, realizing YOUR distributor was not an ordinary person.
I have not even tried to use the unit.........I will make a YouTube video for Utillian, making sure everyone knows to buy from an honest reliable sales company. No disrespect in any way to Utillian, but the online sales company needs to go sell used lawnmower in DECEMBER/JANUARY.

I bought a utillian 421, its ceramic chamber cracked open and the manufacturer and canadian distributor both denied any support and / or exchange.

good customer service

i had a little issue when looking to upgrade from my utillian620 which i enjoy i was just looking to upgrade i sent an email stating the issue.
I got an email back from Marvi and was helped with the issue.
because of the help and the reviews i did order a Utillian723.
thank you for your help
If the 723 holds up like the 620 has i will be purchasing a Utillian again in the future when looking to upgrade.

As Greg stated waiting 2 weeks and still no accessories, msg's and attempted calls yield nothing. utilian does not handle there customer service, that is outsourced. good luck if you want to play with these guys. I own a Utilian 5 (1 year and a 1/2) ordered parts twice first time was 12 days delivery this time 14+ days I would use someone else if I could afford a change

Customer Servis Marvi to the rescue!



I had some issues on Saturday making an order and was not happy and could not complete my order. I tried making the purchase online again today 3/31/25 and had the assistance of MARVI who was just the most patient and informative customer service representative I've encountered in a long time. Iwas helped and given suggestions of other accessories and discounts that are offered which turned my 2 item purchase to a 5 item purchase, thanks to the professional and courteous help of MARVI. I hope employees like this are recognized becauae not many do and we need more people like MARVI to help people.
