Delivery was really quick and the description accurate

This was the 3rd suitcase I've brought from this company, very fast delivery, great range of colours. ( other companies had " non sold" drab colours) price was cheaper than that big online store that begins with an "A"

Great service, fast delivery. I even made an error ordering the wrong size and Valise helped me get promptly sorted at the last minute! Love my suitcase also :)

A good website and easy to use, however, I Paid next day delivery £4.95 on a Friday only to realised later that delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday. This was not clear before choosing to pay for this option. TBF it appears via tracking that the company dispatched the item immediately but DPD did not deliver until 12noon Monday. Effectively 4 days later.
Clearer information should be given at checkout. Nice item delivered in the end

Great price and fast delivery, would definite use Valise again. Lovely Samsonite cases- incredibly light and so easy to walk with. Great to spot at the baggage reclaim. Love the colour but wouldn’t choose that again as one trip away and they are marked and look dirty and the marks won’t clean off- so I’m disappointed in that, but cases themselves are great and can’t fault the company - I was the one who chose the pale pink colour!

Easy shopping experience. Product great. Paid for Saturday delivery on Friday. Parcel only just turned up on following Tuesday.

Cheaper than other sites rucksack was delivered well packed and a day quicker than expected.

Great design and colour. The only problem was the instructions for changing the lock code. Luckily I eventually found a You Tube video produced by a guy who had had the same problem. His instructions were quite clear. Incidentally no one at Samsonite answered my email query. I am now looking forward to taking my new case to North Africa.

Great service , kept well informed and good product

I bought two peices of this beautiful luggage. It is really good quality and looks gdeat. Very strong, although the first time they went through the airport both picked up some damage in the form of dents and scrapes.
