One of the best.
One of the best online shopping experiences I've had for a long time. Everything is very slick. Prices are competitive. Shipping is quick. Packaging is perfect. I'd like V&P to take over the world of online selling, so long as they don't change any part of how they operate ;-). Keep it up!

Great Products and Exemplary Service
Valley and Peak are the perfect example of how great customer service keeps customers coming back time and again. I've made a few purchases now and everything has arrived super fast, using reliable couriers, and in eco-friendly packaging. I have had a couple of queries regarding returns/exchanges and Jim has been quick to respond and is always extremely helpful. V&P also stocks a lot of the gear that's harder to come by from UK retailers, and has a vast range of products for a range of outdoor activities.

One of the best customer services I've experienced. Had trouble with royal mail as they lost my item, emailed Valley and Peak about it and they sent out a replacement the same day, highly recommend and will definitely be shopping here again.
