Many thanks for providing such a great clean bus service from Bethesda to NYC. Every time I travel to NYC or back to Bethesda my trips have been very smooth and the drivers are very good as well. Keep up the good work!!

Vamoose has always been our choice when commuting from NYC to DC and back. The ride is comfortable. The drivers exhibit a high level of safety while driving. The drivers and staff are all friendly and professional.
Vamoose as a company displayed compassion and empathy, during a very difficult time in our lives. They step forward to ensure that my brother was able to commute back and forth to his chemo treatments in NYC. For that and much more we will always be loyal Vamoose customers and highly recommend them.

The bus driver was very curt and mean to all bus riders when singling out several times 1 person's cell phone ringer volume (person understood very little English so did not know to silent ringer) and others standing to remove items from the overhead. AC was very cold on route to NYC and no one wanted to say anything for fear of being yelled at or other. The bus' bathroom had no toilet paper and flush broken.

The staff that takes care of your luggage to the person who takes your name.A 1 service!!!!. The buses are also aways clean and comfortable.

I liked the check in process, the free water and the drop off location (penn station since I was headed for the train) I took another bus company home (hint another busline named after an animal) since I traveling from Albany and I will always take Vamoose from now on

Vamoose was a great option for us. On time, smooth ride, clean and quiet bus, clean bathroom, convenient pick-up and drop-off locations. My only negative feedback is that the seats are quite tight and there's no room to move...like being on an airplane. It would be nice to have more room, but it's certainly tolerable.

I rode from DC to NYC, everything about the trip was "fine" except for the driver, who from the get-go was over-sharing via the loudspeaker about things passengers do that annoy him, and all the things we should refrain from doing. Nothing too ridiculous, just a long list of nit-picking that you don't expect from someone whose job it is to drive a bus full of people.

When we arrived to NYC, we were turning a corner in Harold Sq, and the driver nearly plowed through a cross-walk full of pedestrians (who had the right of way). The driver engaged in a "pissing contest" with a young pedestrian, who had taken the driver's aggressiveness as a challenge. The pedestrian angrily stood his ground in the cross-walk, and the driver antagonistically inched the bus closer and closer to the pedestrian, until the pedestrian, fearing for his safety, lashed out and punched the bus door, now less than 6 inches from where he stood. All while other pedestrians crossed behind him. The driver then got on the loud speaker to tell us about what he thought of the young man, as well as his thoughts on the youth of today, etc. and this annoyingly continued until we docked on the side of the road. The driver was clearly wrong, according to the law as well as to human decency.

Again, Vamoose got me to NYC in reasonable time and in 1 piece and that's primarily what I care about. The experience wasn't great, but that's what you get for a $30 bus ticket.

Have had only wonderful experiences on Vamoose ... and I've been riding regularly for over 4 years now! Recommend to everyone, and wouldn't take any other form of transportation from MD to NYC! Thanks Vamoose!

My driver on Saturday, July 25th, leaving from Lorton, VA at 10:50am was absolutely terrible. She had stopped the bus for her convenience for 4-5 minutes and prohibited everyone else to get off. This was not fair because she had to use the restroom, and so did the rest of us. If we were not allowed off the bus, neither should she. She then stopped the bus and yelled at the entire bus. She was a terrible driver, took a longer route, and was completely rude. I will never ride with Vamoose again and you should not let her work with your company either if you want to keep the same customers!

Vamoose provides excellent, reliable service between Arlington, VA and Bethesda, MD to NYC. The drivers are professional and courteous. The buses are well maintained and comfortable. The service is dependable.

On July 19th, we had a very bad experience with Vamoose on our trip to NYC from MD. First, few minutes before departure time at Bethesda, we were asked to get off the bus and transfer to another bus. That inconvenienced us since we already setup comfortably on our seats. Then, few miles after leaving Bethesda, the AC started acting up. The AC eventually gave and it quickly became the most brutal ride I've ever experienced with Vamoose. Bad, very bad experience.

I have been using Vamoose bus service for several years. They have been very courteous, never late, and always good clean buses.

It's always a hassle getting from Brooklyn to downtown with and extra bago or two. Waiting in line for the bus on the sidewalk in Manhattan leaves one exposed to the extremes of NYC weather. Once I'm on the bus, everything is OK. Sometimes there's a rest-stop, always appreciated by me, the extra 15 minutes makes no difference in a schedule beset by variables such as traffic and weather anyway. More often the trip is non-stop, but either way it gets me down to the DC area to see my family, and back up to NY every time. I have no complaints, and only good things to say about the staff and drivers.

After having been a vamoose bus rider for years, I finally shelled out the extra 20 or so for the Gold Bus and loved it. So much more leg room. Seats themselves so comfortable. Can't say that about the regular his, they seem to have gotten more cramped. I will always choose the Gold now and wish there were more times available.

Your picture and text on your website promise plush, large, tan leather seats that look very inviting!

Unfortunately, this was not the case. We sat in standard sized cloth seats both up and back on our Gold Bus trip that begun in Bethesda at 8 AM on Saturday the 18th of July and ended with our return from NYC at 4 PM on Monday the 20th of July

The number of seats on the Gold Bus compared to regular service was as advertised - was accurate and the timing of the trip was as advertised and the driver was courteous and professional in all regards.

The wireless was adequate and worked fine.

Overall, the trip was fine but the seating was definitely not as advertised and not worth the premium price we paid

Using Uber during my trip to New York was a great experience. It made everything easier. Thanks!
