Been shopping with Vapemarkdown for almost a year now. Due to Covid-19 my package was never delivered, sadly. But I was accommodated b the owner who patiently worked with me & didn't hesitate to resend out the order since I haven't received it in a month. Much appreciated dude! Thank you for the good business & the SUPERB Customer Service you provided me!

Amazing Customer Service! I was contacted very quickly when I emailed about a problem with my order shipping status. They personally called to explain and even though the issue was not on them, but the postal service, they reimbursed me on shipping and a coupon code for my next order. This company went above and beyond!!!

WOW! AMAZING costumer service, among many other amazing perks. Such as the prices, super fast delivery time, selection, quantity supply. Overall just a great company to order from, I do highly recommend!
I noticed a increase in my shipping this order, I continued through with my order ,sent a email questioning why.. within LITERALLY 15min of my order sent they called me by phone. Explained why, & accommodated me ( in 3 different ways, all 3 being greatly appreciated) just for questioning why. Which the reasoning is unavoidable & law, he absolutely did not have to offer those things to me! I wish I could remember the mans name, I think he is the executive or owner? With all that said this is the best place! I highly recommend using this company for your vape needs!!!!! Fast! Friendly! Affordable! If I could give more stars I would, thank you vape markdown!!

I have purchased several different vapes from vapemarkdown.com. My favorite is cali vapes. They have an amazing flavor and hits are smooth. I emailed this company and was surprised to have a response within hours. I also received a call from a nice gentleman who helped me. This company ships fast and accurate items. They have deals of the day items too which are very cheap. It’s allowed me to try different brands and find other brands that I like. I don’t leave reviews and parts of me wants to keep this business to myself but I’d rather see this company grow. I use to purchase from other retailers but glad I took a chance with vape markdown.

I had a great experience just now! My husband and I were going out of town to the woods for a vacation and I wanted our vapes before we left so one of the executives pushed our order through and is shipping it to us ASAP! Great customer service, and prices, I will continue to order from them!

I used a Visa Gift Card and transaction was declined. I contacted costumer service and got a respond right away, explaining the possible reasons why the gift card was declined. Per their advice, I registered the gift card and registered billing address in order to proceed with the purchase.

I attemted on using my Visa Gift Card for the second time , and again transaction was declined. I checked the status of balance on my card and I noticed that I was charged about $98 by VaperMarkDown. I contacted support again , explaining this situation and never received a respond. No items, no confirmation- money gone - no response!

VaperMarkDown was very eager to respond right away on hot to use a gift card to purchase their items but totally ignoring the fact that I was charged for something I never received -something that was never shipped.

I hope someone from VaperMarkDown reads this and refunds my money!

Money was back on card. After posting this review , I received a threat from this company saying I will be contacted by their Attorney... Really , for posting my personal experience here. Funny people. My experience dealing with WaveMarkDown was terrible not to mention my money wasn't avaiable for several days and receiving an explanation only after posting my review. This just shows you how little they care about costumer service. Waiste of time.

This company is amazing. I had an issue with a vape (user error) and the owner personally called me to explain how this type of vape works and gave me a store credit for the price of the vape. Great prices on Delta 8 vapes! Customer service was very nice and helpful. They even called to confirm our order because the shipping and billing addresses did not match and apparently credit card fraud on the internet is very high right now. Thank you for caring!

I'm so glad that I found a trustful website to order my vapes off of! I spoke with a really sweet guy and he helped me with my order since there was a slight issue that came up on my end. But he was so helpful and even wished me a Happy Birthday so many times. He was also kind enough to go out of his way and give me a small promo for my birthday.
