I placed my very first order on 7/15/21. I received it today and I will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out!! I definitely didn’t expect to receive my order so quickly! My friend ordered hers on Thursday as well and we both received them this morning! Thank you for your prompt service! It’s appreciated.

Excellent customer service called me back immediately when I had a concern about my order then solved my problem right away I didn't know what to expect or whether to order from them but I was pleasantly surprised how pleasant the person was. I will continue to do business with them going forward you should do the same because their model is a customer's always right as gentlemen texting me 😊!

I am greatly disappointed with everything this company represents. I ordered something from them and am going on two weeks of waiting. The original wait was only 1-3 business days. I cannot recommend them. Reached out to them and was asked by email to continue waiting. No professionalism. Maybe my order wasn't big enough for someone to actually look into it.

I've ordered a few times and this last time my vapes had a change in color on the lable and the taste was funky.. I emailed vapemarkdown and he called me within minutes and offered half the total for my next order and gave me a coupon for 10% off my next order.. what a great response.. and prompt! Excellent Excellent Excellent!!!! I put in the wrong address by accident they called me to verify it. If they didn’t call me it would of went to another house. I would of lost $600. This company is has great prices best customer service. Was completely ripped off. Bought an order of over 180 dollars and half were bad. I contacted the company immediately on the 6th of June, still to this day not 1 reply. So now I have 7 brand new vapes that don't work. Worst company I've ever dealt with completely unprofessional. If I ordered they'd send next day so they listen when they hear money. They absolutely don't care!!!

I ordered a Mother's Day gift from this site sadly the package was eother lost or stolen and we never received it. When I reported it to the company they replied with a nasty reply all but saying I was lying bc I didn't know if the package was stolen or slow soo I gave it time to show up after mother's day came n went I reached out. I was rudely told to make a police report which I did then ghosted by the company... go local it is worth paying the extra 20 bucks

Great experience that started off a bit skeptical. I received a call from customer service asking me to verify my identity via send a picture of my ID. I decided to use a school ID to avoid potential issues, as this was my first time dealing with this company. However, I came to realize this company is all about protecting the customer and preventing fraud. Needless to say I am thankful for the extra security. The vapes came extremely fast, like faster than ANY vape company I have ever dealt with. My order was accurate and my vapes are functioning well. They just demolished the competition. I really don't even want to share how great they were because I don't want them to run out of stock because they inevitably will become extremely popular. There is no chance of me ever buying a vape locally ever again. This is my go to, moving forward. In a world full of fakes and scumbags; thanks for doing honest and effective business.
