Horrible lying website…. I paid for expedited shipping 16.00 3-4 days to arrive and it was delivered late and they made up a story about processing vs shipping dates… do not order beware!

I'm so happy I found this place

I'm so happy I found this place. They have excellent customer service.. a user friendly site and great prices. I don't even go to my local vape store anymore because vape Royalty has everything I need!. 5 star review for sure. Try these guys and you'll see for yourself!

I go to the location on glenstone in Springfield by orange Julius and the guy there is so friendly and very helpful. If you need a vape they have great variety and good deals with excellent customer service!

We have been shopping with Vape Royalty for a few years now, their prices are very reasonable and shipping is usually pretty quick! Only had one issue with a Mod and the warranty process was very easy! Quick response and replacement is on the way! Thanks Vape Royalty!

I emailed customer service about a defective vape I had and had the pleasure of being help by a worker name Katherine, she responded quickly and effectively then the next day I got my credit.

Outstanding CUstomer Service

I took the chance and ordered several vapes from Vape Royalty. The order came quickly but when the order came there was an issue with a few vapes and I thought it was "trouble".
I reached out to them and they PROMPTLY replaced the defective units,.... no hassels!
Things "happen" and they stepped up to the plate and immediately took care of it.
In the end, I'm very pleased with the price, the product and the outstanding Customer Service.
I will be buying from them often!

I absolutely love this company

I absolutely love this company. They are by far the best I have dealt with. Never encountered any problems with product or service. Any issue that did arrise was taken care of promptly with a simple email. Definitely top customer service.

Vaperoyalty robbed me

Vape royalty said they sent my $50 order. I never received it and then they said they could re ship it if I paid another $10 to them which I did and they haven't shipped me anything. These people are a THEIVES and they just blatenly ignore every email from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY! THEY PAY PEOPLE FOR FAKE REVIEWS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

It looks like your package was delivered to an individual at your address at 10:11 AM on April 29, 2024 in SEATTLE, WA 98126. The item was signed for by Keri Au-France.

On top of you saying you did not receive your shipment (Even though we have proof it was signed for) we still did the right thing and RESHIPPED your 2 bottles of eliquid on May 13th..

And even after all of that you still had the audacity to dispute the charge with your bank, saying Merchandise/Services Not Received. Now we are out (4) bottles of E-Liquid and the money you paid for the order. You got 4 bottles for free and still 1 star reviewed us. Paul you are the SCAMMER here.

It's been 2.5 weeks since I ordered and still no vapes. I'm convinced this company is a scam. I've been emailing them and no responses

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. My vapes auto fired over and over again burning the coil and draining the battery and juice. I had to send multiple pictures multiple times on top of videos of it happening, with more videos. Then more pictures. Took 3-4 days to respond back to an email with no phone number. Wasn’t until I told them I was going to dispute my charge that they finally replaced them but also told me they were doing this as a one time courtesy because of incomplete information. It was only 19 emails, 9 pictures, and 4 videos.
