I have bought items from Vape royalty and also done a warranty
I have bought items from Vape royalty for close to 3 years. They have been amazing. My last order my uwell koko quickly developed a crack in the metal when the pod was. I emailed them and in less than 24 hours they sent out a replacement. The process was quick and easy, I just need to give them a quick description and send in a couple of photos. I will continue to be a vape royalty loyal customer.
Disappointing Experience with Questionable Product Authenticity
I have been a customer of this vape company for a while, but my recent experiences have left me disappointed and concerned. Over my last few orders, I received products that appeared to be counterfeit, particularly from the well-known SMOK brand. I contacted customer support, and they did send a replacement; however, it turned out to be a counterfeit as well. I question their commitment to providing genuine products and standing behind their merchandise. I hesitate to recommend this company due to their questionable practices and lack of transparency.

I’ve have been ordering for several months for this company and always good products and fast shipping. I had a vape that quit working right after I got it and figured nothing could be done about it. I emailed them and they had me send a short video of what it was doing and then they shipped me a replacement! I was shocked because it was just a defective disposable. Great company in my opinion.

ordered 6 tyson units. Never came . Contact support and they said to contact USPS , They charge you insurance for these issues and still they ask you to figure it out and keep your money. I wouldn't shop with this vendor as there are better ones out there that actually stand behind their service.

Bad customer service /shipping
Ordered Vapes. 18 days later still nothing in the mail. Vape Royalty "customer service" keeps blaming the USPS. They even told me to contact them for reimbursement, knowing I can't get that. They say once they ship it, it's out of their hands. The SELLER has the responsibility to deliver a paid order. NOT the buyer. Do NOT trust this company!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years spending $100/month at this company and haven’t had any problems up until now. I paid extra for fast shipping and my order was supposed to arrive December 29, well it shows that it’s been picked up from the post office that they sent it out from. It took them over a week to reply to my email since you can’t call them directly. Their reply was they would refund me or re ship my package. Didn’t offer anything else although I paid $18 for fast shipping and have $100 in shipping insurance. After going back and forth with a guy named Larry I have just decided to take my business elsewhere. I will be sure to let everyone in the cape community know about how they handle business!!! 😠

I didn’t realize that I forgot to click free shipping on a large order I was hesitant at first to say something thought to myself maybe not to worry about bugging them over something little but I decided to ask if I had done something wrong to receive free shipping then Christine replied promptly informed me of what I had done but comped for my shipping cost WOW! If you have a problem, don’t expect help from customer service
Placed an order of more than 10 disposables and had a problem with some and contacted them thru their website, then thru email and Ive yet to receive a reply. They now want to say they responded the same day but that is not the case and they must have replied to the wrong email.

The best of the best
Have been regularly ordering from VapeRoyalty since moving out of the "big city" where vaping products were more available to me. Every time an order of 20+ disposable vapes, and every time every single vape is accounted for. Not only that, but I recently had some issues with some of the products that I threw out, and even though I didn't have the products anymore and it was way out of my warranty window, their team has gone way above and beyond my expectation and their policies to make sure I'm a happy and repeat customer. Would definitely recommend VapeRoyalty to anyone.
I had a problem with shipping through…
I had a problem with shipping through USPS. It was shipped in a bag for 7 boxes of juice. So when I received it 3 out of the 7 were missing but it probably should have been shipped in their box because it was a small bag. Thank God for Christine in customer service she handled everything perfectly and got the replacements very quickly. Thank you Vape Royalty you have a great employee.

Amazing support
The support I received from this company was phenomenal. I had bought a tank, and some replacement coils for a friend's Christmas present. There was an issue with shipping, and the original package was lost. They responded quickly to the inquiry, and talked me through the process of filing a claim through usps, and resent the order. I appreciate them greatly, and I'll be going through them for my friends gifts from now on.
