The run around
I've been ordering with vaping.com for almost a year. Although the quality of products is up there, the shipping and complaint departments have some work to do. I made an order back in January of this year. The order was delayed and ended up having an attempted delivery while I was out of town on vacation. There was a note left on my door to email the shipping company. I did, promptly. I never received a response. I've reached out to vaping.com and route to either obtain my shipment or to get my money back. Both companies always refer me to the other. The lack of accountability, transparency, and mishandling of my products/money has made it clear to me that this company is not trustworthy enough to have my business. I should be able to obtain my money for services not rendered, but it appears that as long as they toss you over to the shipping/insuring company enough times that you will eventually give up and allow vaping.com to keep the profit.

Leaving a 5 star rating. While I did run into some issues, some of which out of their control, the problem was rectified in a timely manner. I was put at ease with the issue through the great customer care. I will shop here again.

I've ordered from here several times…
I've ordered from here several times with no problems at all. This last order however was a disaster. Several weeks had gone by and I realized I never received my order. I reached out to customer service for an update. I was told that my order never shipped because the items were not in stock. I was offered a full refund. The problem is, I ordered these specific items at that specific time because they were on sale. I waited a few more days and just did the refund. Once I placed the new order, the customer service rep told me he/she would keep an eye on it. They did. My replacement order arrived in a timely manner. Props to Taylor for handling all of that for me. I was given a 20% coupon code to use for this order. That was nice, but it still made it more expensive then when I had originally placed the order. That's the reason for only 3 stars. I understand that mistakes happen. It was just unfortunate that I had to pay for THEIR mistake.
Update: At the end of this process, vaping com made it right. They shipped my replacement order very quickly, AND refunded me the difference. Well done. Special shout out to Taylor.

WARNING! Do NOT buy from here!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I received the Sky Solo vape and when I try to use it the tip got so hot I couldn’t keep my lips on it. I wrote the company immediately after buying and trying it and they responded and asked I take a picture of it lol umm ok. So I sent a picture and they said they would help me troubleshoot it lol, I haven’t heard a thing back after sending multiple emails. I will be contacting my credit card company now to file a charge back against these frauds.

Delivery time 3 weeks long… old juice...
Delivery time was close to 3 weeks long from order placement. Both of the salt nic products I purchased were stale and flavorless as its production date was over a year old. Won't be ordering from here ever again.

Fling E-cig-I’m loving It!
I just received my second order of the Menthol Flings. I love them! I have not had a regular cigarette in over 2 weeks (and I was a two pack a day smoker)!
The Fling E-cig is so similar to the real thing. Puts out a good amount of vape and feels like I’m taking a drag from a real cigarette. I did cough a bit on the first few drags, but that was part of learning how to use it. I love the convenience of it being disposable. I started with the 5.4% and just received the 3.6%. I’m trying to cut down on the nicotine and this product is perfect for that.

I had a problem with shipping, and it took longer to get it than I had hoped. I reached out to Vaping.com and they replied immediately to my situation and even ended up giving me a credit because of the time it was taking to get my product. Low and behold the order did eventually come. I again reached out to Vaping.com and explained that I had finally got my product and let them know they could recharge me for the vape, they did NOT recharge me for it due to circumstances. While shipping took a while, the company of Vaping.com was right there to help me out. Thank you Vaping.com for all your help and more than generous outcome. They stand behind their products and strive for a good customer relationship. Happy vaper. : )

I was very skeptical about this place…
I was very skeptical about this place only because of the bad reviews. However I did see some people that had a good outcome with their orders. I decided to give then a try and order 2 vapes smok Scar 18. Order was placed Feb 22nd and arrived March 8th. Be patient with your order. You get a Tracking number and it does not list any specific shipping company so it feels shady but they did not fail me. I did not have to contact them. I just gave it time as another user posted. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

High quality merchandise. Orders arrive within shipping estimates. Negative reviews prob didn't read their order details.
I was initially concerned about time to receive order, however the customer service team was helpful in ensuring the items were being tracked and then promptly followed up once the order was delivered.
Honestly I went out of my way to leave this review since I saw negative feedback from others about fulfillment timing. I myself was initially frustrated, but it's not like supply chain issues or evolving legislation is under their control. Vaping.com is transparent in shipping estimates and most importantly their products are reliable and high quality.
After I received my order, went ahead and placed another knowing it takes time for valid reasons. I'd rather order ahead from a trusted supplier knowing items are authentic. As often the case, the people complaining probably didn't read their order details.

I've never received my order
I've never received my order. I placed the order 2/21 and according to the tracking it was delivered on 3/4 at 1 AM. I've contacted customer service multiple times.
UPDATE: My order was delivered promptly the next day after I posted this review. I appreciate you guys making it right! Pleased with the product, but the timeline is still quite long at more than 2 weeks from order to receipt. Thanks!

This is a follow up post about my previous posts that were negative in regard to Vaping.com both on this profile I am now using as well as the other profile I posted about Vaping.com with, the gmail account. I would like to now add a positive review for Vaping.com as they (Taylor especially) have really come through for me with the previous negative experience I went through with my previous order. Taylor has been most awesome getting my matter straightened out. The previous order I had the most frustration with was the one that I placed on December of last year. That order finally did arrive a few days ago! And Taylor was a big part of that conundrum getting fixed. Taylor agrees with me that it was a ridiculous fiasco and went to great lengths to earn me back as a customer, offering me a great discount on another order to get me back to doing business with them. That order arrived for me very quickly! With that, and with the fact that Taylor really took matters up to ensure that business was handled properly and professionally and further ensures that business will continue to be handled professionally I would strongly urge everyone to consider giving Vaping.com another try. Taylor really stresses that they are working to correct all of these past issues, certainly worked well with me, kept in touch with me about my orders to let me know that they were being monitored, gave me a great discount on my next order to win me back, etc. In short I am saying that I am comfortable doing business with Vaping.com again and will do so. I am willing to let the past go and move on. That decision is of course up to each of you for yourselves to decide but I hope you consider giving Vaping.com another try. Things happen and there certainly have been more than one occasion as to the posts on here but they seem to be trying to make things better and I am simply suggesting maybe giving them another shot.
