I’m going to tell you about an experience I had with Vapor Authority and how they completely turned it around!
I ordered the last Vandy Vape Jackaroo 100W mod I could find. I literally couldn’t find any other 100W jackaroos on the U.S. or even outside the U.S. that were willing to ship here.
So I placed the order, it ships quick, it arrives quick, I open the package and it’s not my order. I sent an email to Vapor Authority, and I was pretty upset because I was really looking forward to it.
Well, they tracked down my order, contacted the person it went to, had her turn away the package, and now they just reshipped it to me and gave me a tracking number! All of this within a week!!
Vapor Authority has a customer for life from me!

My order was returned to sender as I'd changed address - I'd completely forgotten about it but they contacted me to ask whether I wanted it reshipped or refunded & processed the refund quickly when I asked for it.

I have been Vaping for more than 10 years. When I found out about SMOK pods I decided to try it out. I purchased a Scar - P5. I called SMOK and complained that the website did not mention that the battery was sold separately. They refunded the shipping cost. I am very pleased with the Scar, and the company.

Placed an order March 19th. Was instructed to download and install the "Route" app to track my order. I wasted time doing this. After 6 days there was no packaged being delivered. I reached out via email and got a response from Adam S. who informs me that risk factor analysis cancelled my order. I responded asking what that was about and what I needed to do in order to place my order and got no response. It would have been nice to get a notification that my order was cancelled and why. I am 49 yrs old. I've been ordering from vape companies for many years. I have never met one that wasn't happy to fill orders until this. Waste of time.

Over the past few weeks I've placed several orders here - shipping was always super fast, despite what I imagine being a much higher than normal order volume (upcoming vape mail ban/PACT act). Everything I ordered arrived in excellent condition.

The reason I'm leaving this review, though, is that one of my orders contained 2 Innokin MVP5s; they worked great at first, but after a few weeks the first one stopped working intermittently. I contacted Vapor Authority, and Cameron R. was super helpful in answering all of my questions and getting me a return label quickly and easily. The next day, the other one failed as well. I emailed back and Cameron was able to get me a new return label to send both back. I mailed them out late last night and I've already gotten a refund notification - they didn't even wait to receive the mods!

In the past I've always ordered vape stuff from whatever site happened to be the cheapest, but from now on I'll always be ordering from Vapor Authority. I expected the returns to be a huge ordeal, but it was so easy. Seriously, Cameron R was great - he often responded in less than 5 minutes (which was great, because I had so many questions that the whole process could have taken weeks).
