I ordered a mod kit and spare coils. They enclosed a thank you card as well. Anyone who isn't happy about shipping taking longer than they hoped or expected, should complain directly to USPS,UPS, FedEx etc. Also complain to your local, state and federal government. They are the ones to blame. They are the ones controlling it. They want and plan to ban vaping. Get off your butts and tell your Reps where you stand. Be an adult.

I placed my order and over a week later I was wondering when I would be getting my purchase since it's supposedly "same day shipping"... I called their number and the phone line said, "Our phone line is down for the day", even though every day I called and it said the exact same thing. Terrible company and instead of verifying you're 21 by clicking a consent button when you enter into their site, they make you show them proof. Even though I had no knowledge of that at the time I was ordering. All that time I was wondering where my order was. Total BS

I have ordered from this business several times. Products are shipped quickly and always as described. On a recent order I had an issue with their site not recognizing an advertised promo code. One quick email and it was resolved efficiently & satisfactorily.

I have been vaping since 2008 and feel lucky after all these years to find Vapor Authority. I've dealt with many other vape companies and none have been as good as VA. They have a great selection of excellent products at very competitive prices but the best part is the customer service. Very fast shipping of orders and when needed they respond very quickly by email and even answered the phone once when I made a mistake with my online order. Thanks again Vapor Authority!

Due to some shipping issues / weather, out of Vapor Authority's control, there was a slight delay in the arrival of my first order. I had been trying to find some much needed things before the big shipping law came down and made things much more expensive. However, none of the promo codes were working that had been sent to me via email and I was REALLY starting to get very frustrated! I emailed the company (not really expecting anybody to actually respond since usually nobody does in those situations) but not only did somebody respond, but they went above and beyond to not only solve my problem, but also gave me additional money off for my trouble! What a great company! Like I told the customer service representatives that helped me, I am so happy that there are still people out there willing to go the extra mile, especially in these crazy stressful times. I don't write reviews ofter but when a company comes through you gotta give them credit. They actually reached out to me to let me know about some big problems with Fedex. Im pretty busy so I didn't even notice but my package was about a week late. I just thought it was super professional that they contacted me and so now since my order arrived and everything is perfect I'm happy. Great prices too!

I ordered 2 AEGIS X ZEUS starter kits, 4 batteries and two bottles of juice from these guys on December 9th. They shipped and I didn’t receive the order until December 28th. There was massive shipping delays which I understood wasn’t their fault. I was in contact with the company a few times about my order and shipping status. I wasn’t getting regular updates so I started buying disposable ecigs until my vape for myself and fiancé arrived. This continued for 3 weeks, I was ripping through about 20 bucks in jul pods a day between the two of us. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have bought a cheap mod. Anyway, I finally receive my order December 28. My mod is not inside. I waited 3 weeks for an order that didn’t even have my mod inside. On the invoice it said I was refunded. I immediately call and explain the situation and I am told they ran out of the color I requested and they sent an email to give me an option to switch. This is not true as I have been in contact with the company about my order for weeks over email and the phone. I check my email everyday specifically about this order because it was taking so long. So they sent me the batteries and accessories for 2 mods but didn’t even tell me they didn’t send the mod. When I called and explained the situation I got an indifferent attitude from some guy who really couldn’t give a #$%&

Their extended warranty is a waste of time and money. I filled out a shitload of forms online and am getting loads of SPAM but no replacement product or contact from a person to resolve the issue. I bought a replacement product that failed in 10 days. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have my invoices and these jerks are dead to me. Next time I am in the San Diego area I shall pay a visit to their shop in person, and then head over to the AG's office to file a formal complaint regarding California's legal commercial codes. They do NOT answer emails or the phones, so they can answer to a subpoena instead. California has some of the most extensive commercial codes on the books. Their probate and estate laws are pretty awesome too.

Deceptive shipping practices.... quality of goods tend to lean towards chinese knockoffs. Buyers beware.... I know you cant beat the price... and that's what gets you in the door. Will not shop again.

I would of gave them a 5 but I was waiting for about a week which is fine but I was getting concerned as to why my package wasn't going anywhere. So I contacted them they email me very quickly was able to determine the problem which was the item was missing I guess when I ordered my product maybe the website wasn't updated because they where out of stock in the color I choose. So they asked me what I wanted to do, New color or refund. I just ended up getting different color not really a big deal. So all in all I had great service through them and shipping wasn't half bad after the issue was fixed. I believe about 4 or 5 days it took. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy vaping product. Now the reason with the the 4 stars is I feel the company should of got a hold of me. Not the other way around.
