My husband can’t wait to Christmas TO OPEN i am making him wait but he knows what it is!!! We have several small Vaultek safes in our house!

Horrible set up instructions and follow up. I need to return this non-functioning product.

Buts it’s kinda heavy.

This case is the best case out there. Extremely high quality, sharp design, and smart design. The modular storage system has a multitude of different configurations. Go to the range with a lot less gear and look good doing it all while having a little more peace of mind your setup is secure.

Fast turnaround on a warranty repair. My unit was promptly returned to me in "like new" condition.
It seems customer service is non existent these days in this country but, it’s alive and well at Vaultek.

The MR series is a little touch sensitive. When removing or replacing anything it triggers the alarm. Have not called to see if this unit is intended to alarm after an authorized user opens it, but mine does.

Nice little gun safe to handle overflow in gun room.

Overall, I like the safe, but I also have some concerns. First off, I get "offline" warnings every couple of days. Now, maybe that is my internet, but I doubt it; it's probably the safe. Secondly, the fingerprint scanner is good, but it isn't great. Sometimes, it takes a try or two before it works. Thirdly, is that the setup instructions are truly awful. The connection instructions that came with my unit didn't actually apply to my unit. That caused me hours of frustration before I contacted support to find out that the instructions they gave me were wrong for my unit. How does that happen? Great idea, poor execution.

Vaultek answered the questions I had before purchase. The purchase went smoothly, and shipping was fast. The LifePod XRC is an awesome case. Most importantly, I feel like I can securely store my firearms in my vehicle when I need to and not have to worry about them walking away. The features are great and the case looks great too.

Had a safe for a couple years and it was fantastic. I ended up needing to have it serviced. They were quick and thorough. After a couple weeks, the same issue started to arise. They decided to send a complete upgraded safe. Great service, and a great product as well.

I have own the DS2i for a couple years and now the NDS2i.

I have loved them since I received them.

I write this review to talk about their customer service. I have had a couple small issues and they have been nothing but perfect though the process.

Electronics have issues it’s a given but… how they handed is top notch service!!

Vaultek checks the box in both of these categories and does it at an affordable price. Well done.

Great intuitive safes.

My vaultek safe won't completely engage the Locking bolt mechanism with firearms inside. Even with new battery. Very disappointing as this feature was most of the selling point for me.

Excellent product - Best Buy

First of all I have three vaultek. I love their reliability. I have one in each of my cars. I have a slider on the side of my bed. The access is so fast it is amazing. As far as the customer service goes I was looking for a nano button for my slider. My slider was a little bit on the older side and the 2.0 and the 3.0 wouldn't work. I called customer service and they were fantastic they told me Unfortunately they were out of stock but they told me exactly what to do. I must say everything worked out perfect and they were fantastic.

Was having an issue with my MX safe and it not keeping a connection to WiFi and the screen frequently resetting itself. I emailed customer support and got a prompt replying diagnosing the issues as a battery that needs to be replaced. My general experience with emailing companies for questions and support has been that my email goes into a blackhole. Not the case with Vaultek here. I got a very quick replay and every subsequent reply was very fast and efficient.

I bought the RS slider and the box is well made and fits great in my vehicle.

Set up was initially confusing. Instructions could be better. Phone assistance was helpful. Now that the safe is squared away it seems solid.
A month later, Nov. 23, I’ve run into trouble. The wifi has stopped connecting and while Vaultek says it’s working on a fix it’s been well over a week. I’m trying repeatedly to connect the safe to my wifi and it won’t work. Waiting for additional customer service support.
Nov. 24: Customer service came through with a ‘’fix.’’ Safe working fine now. Thanks Vaultek!
