Awesome Customer Service
I was in a waiting room to take a rapid test and the host disconnected us. I called and Cathy Soto got me to another host within in minutes. She was very pleasant and helpful! Thank You Cathy!!

Above and Beyond Customer Service
I was provided with above and beyond customer support by Amy, Fritz, and Roberto of the Vault Health customer support team. I was having trouble with orders being shipped and called the customer support phone number. Each of these three support team members was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about correcting the situation. Amy spent a good amount of time walking me through the online form process without ever appearing rushed. Amy, Fritz, and Roberto looked into the situation, explained what might be wrong, and took actions to rectify the situation, all the while taking as much time as needed to do so. Fritz also followed up by calling me back and providing updates. In summary, each of these three team members spent a good amount of time doing all they could to correct the situation (and the situation was corrected), and were understanding when I expressed frustration with the process. I have rarely experienced this same level of dedication and commitment to excellence. Amy, Fritz, and Roberto should be commended! Vault Health is lucky to have them as part of the customer support team.
I’m 84 with a new cellphone …
I’m 84 with a new cellphone getting ready to go on a cruise. Cera was WONDERFUL, so helpful and caring. She walked me through everything, talked to her 3 different times. She definitely earned 5 stars from me!
When I called to inquire about my delayed COVID test sample
When I called to inquire about my sample that was delayed in shipment due to UPS failures, Cathy was able to inform me that the sample had indeed been delivered to the lab earlier that day (three days late), something that UPS was unable to tell me directly. Sadly, the sample was damaged in shipment (most likely due to the UPS delay and it being sent from NJ to Kentucky and then back to NJ), but Cathy ordered a new sample kit to be delivered to me. Hopefully UPS doesn't mess up with this one too!

I have had the pleasurer of speaking with Briana a few times and as a representative of Vault she has always been extremely helpfully and a absolute pleasurer to deal with. Someone should move her into a supervisor's training position and she excels at customer services and should be retained at all cost.

This company has ALWAYS been 1st class in supporting the users. Anytime I had an issue, they answered the phone quickly and resolved it quickly. I know of no better support operation during my 42+ years of computing.

Order problem resolved quickly
I placed 2 separate orders for antigen kits. The bubble envelopes arrived on the same day. One had a kit and the other was empty. I contacted Vault and spoke with an agent whom I thought was going to get back to me. I called again and spoke with Cathy who was able to get the information I needed, did it quickly and was very nice to talk with.

Great customer service when you can…
Great customer service when you can find them! We have continued to have difficulty getting through with our tests initially on the vault website. However, once I found the help contact phone number (not listed easily on their website), the customer service is fantastic! Always helpful, courteous, and quick! They have gotten all issues resolved right away.

What a bunch of morons
What a bunch of morons. Totally clueless on providing the correct test. Don’t recommend them at all spent 15 min spitting in a cup to find out they gave me the wrong test.

Crystal was very helpful in assisting us with information related to pending results on our Covid PCR tests. We were very concerned our test results would not arrive in time to successfully embark on our Mediterranean cruise. She followed up on the results and answered all our questions patiently and with a “smile” in her voice. Our results arrived in a timely fashion and we are very pleased with the service.
