Expired Saliva Covid Test was mailed to me
An Expired salvia Covid test was mailed to me. So I called customer service and the Representative was very helpful and patient with me.
I have been email Vault Health to help…
I have been emailing Vault Health to help with an order for my daughter but I received very little help. However, I called today and Joe (female) answered immediately and was very helpful. She was able to assist me with getting my daughter's test order in record time.
Exemplary Customer Service
Cathy was able to answer my question in 30 seconds! I was confused about my account and when I called the number I anticipated being in a waiting queue for a long period, however I was pleasantly surprised to a) talk with someone almost immediately and b) have my confusion clarified so quickly! Excellent client services! I appreciate your time and professionalism, especially during this time of uncertainty. Thank you!
Good customer service but test should come with better instructions!
The test i ordered came with no instructions for how to set up a zoom call for supervised collection. Even once I created an account, the Vault Health website was of very little help. There was a disconnect because I ordered the test as a guest and it was not connected to my account.
Amy quickly understood my issue and connected the purchase with my account. She then gave me very detailed instructions of how to access the test proctors when I was ready to test. She was friendly, efficient and professional.
Fabulous customer service
Calling vault couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience! Someone answered right away, assisted me, remained on the phone until it was confirmed my issue was resolved. Wonderful customer service!
My covid test result took longer than usual
I took my covid test on July 5th. I got an email from vault that said they received my sample on July 6th around 11am. Usually I would get my test result around night time that day. It was July 7th at 430 and my test result haven't been emailed to me. I was worried something might have happened to my test sample. I called vault customer support and Crystal was the person who helped me out. She assured me that it was a holiday weekend and vault lab was most likely backed up and that my test result should be coming shortly. She was very nice and helpful. She even emailed me my test result around 6pm when I called back for the second time. Thank you so much Crystal for being patient with me. You are very pleasant to talk to and go above and beyond with your duties. Excellent customer support!!!

I ordered a COVID PCR test from this…
I ordered a COVID PCR test from this company and when when my son went to take it was expired already. Their system would therefore not accept the test tube. It was a time sensitive issue for us. Vault makes it very difficult to give a live person on the phone. I then had to track down a number and proceeded to wait on hold for 40 minutes. Very frustrating experience. I was late to work and then had to take my son to get a PCR test.

I was unable to properly access my already established account to be able to connect to Zoom chat. The help I received was very courteous and well informed. The issue was quickly resolved and I was able to proceed with the test.
We did have trouble using the link to…
We did have trouble using the link to get started on-line and we didn't find a phone number to call Vault Health for awhile. We finally were able to get an administrator and all went well after that. The administrator was great and the test went well.
I would make the instructions much easier, make sure any link will take users to their administrator and better explain where to find the test ID because the site would not take any that we had on our box.
5 stars for crystal !
Crystal answered my phone call with a positive and upbeat attitude. She didn’t know the answer to my question so she put in a request to have someone call me back with an answer. She was very professional & easy to talk to! Thanks for your service, crystal!
