I ordered tests for my children but did not realize they needed to be under their accounts. Facing a tight deadline for camp, I worked with Brianna to get the tests moved over and proctor set up. Can’t thank her enough for all the help and calming my nerves. A true professional… she embodies great customer service! Big hugs… thank you Brianna!

I was a little frustrated and could not get back to the correct place to schedule my proctored test. I called Customer Support and the very nice person walked me through the entire process! I really appreciate the help! She was awesome!

There were some issues concerning the email address on file with Vault. Sara kindly and efficiently made the changes. In addition she sent a test email confirming that the changes went through and that I would be able to receive my test results at my correct email address. Thank you very much for your help.

Ellen was a Vault representative that helped me on the phone today understanding my daughter’s test results and when we could expect them! She kept us updated via text all day as the results went through the lab and step by step! She was such a sweetheart and so very helpful. I was very stressed as we needed these results for my daughter to board her airplane early tomorrow morning, and Ellen kept my mind at ease.

I called with questions about my test results Friday night. I received a Vail back the next morning from a very knowledgeable team member. Although she did let me know that you was unable to comment on anything related to medicine she was able to answer all the questions and address my concerns. In addition to my original question she helped me with another concern I had with ordering a test. She stayed on the phone with me until she was certain that all links were sent to me and that I had received them. I never felt rushed in the conversation and by these end I was confident in the information I had received.
