Vault Health Avis 

We live in NH, where the Vault at home COVID tests are sponsored by the Dept of health. I had ordered tests before for my family of 4 and when I went to reorder for my family the kid accounts kept prompting me to add a credit card for payment. I reached out to customer service and was quickly helped out with tests ordered for me. Communication time and responses were fabulous. Thanks

Cathy quickly and easily was able to confirm my test was prepaid with just my name and birthdate. Was nice to know as test was a few months old and I needed a negative test after getting covid a few weeks ago.

I called in regards to my testing kit having an error message which was stopping me from being able to take the test. Rosie was extremely helpful and attentive. She answered my questions and made sure my problem got resolved. She even went an extra mile and gave me a courtesy call to let me know my issue was resolved and I was able to use my kit. I appreciate all her help

My scan numbers were not being recognized, so I had to call for customer support. Chantel was very helpful and courteous and professional. She knew how to fix the problem. She assisted me like a PRO.

I was informed by Smart Health Cards that Vault Health was a participant. I needed my vaccination records with a QR Code in order to avoid a COVID test to get into Zanzibar. I reached out to Vault Health (which administered my first two vaccinations) to find out how I could get a QR Code. It took weeks and four emails to get the information that the Docket system was administered by a third-party provider. Rather than having to email multiple times, it would have been helpful to get this information immediately.

Jo was extremely helpful and made me feel relaxed that all will be ok and not to worry about my test being expired due to timing.

When I ran into a problem if not having a test not registered for my daughter I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to help my but Selina Q. responded promptly and found a solution. She helped me requests test be transferred and followed up when it was all taken care of. I was very impressed and grateful to have my problem solved.

I had problems with retrieving my results and the young lady was very friendly and had results to me quickly. I appreciate the Vault team, I do weekly tests since last Sept/Oct and I've only had one major issue that was cleared up fairly quickly! Thank you for being there.
