Wapu Woven Bar Stool Natural
I ordered 2 Wapu Woven Bar Stools Natural. Fast and efficient from ordering to delivery. Very well packaged so no damage in transit. Great looking stools, very well made. The seat is a bit harder than I thought it would be but may be with time it will get a bit softer, and if I'm honest, the seat depth could be a little bit bigger in depth for just that extra bit of comfort because the backrest prevents you from moving back a bit further and I'm a size 10. I guess it's only for perching your bottom for short periods so I'm keeping them because they look soo good and unique.

Shocking quality
Purchased a TV unit which is described as fluted wood. The quality is absolutely awful. This unit cost £800! The joins aren't consistent and the wood is so extremely rough! Spoke to the Vaunt Design and they said its the style! what a load of nonsense. This shouldn't be sold for more than £50. We now have to pay £65 to return it. Will NEVER use Vaunt Design again. Clearly source the cheapest rubbish and whack a huge price tag on it.

Beautiful side table
I bought the Baldr black side table, which caught my eye as I was browsing online. I'm so glad I did- it's superb. It was quite a bold choice for me but I took a chance and I absolutely love it! I've had lots of compliments on it too. The service and delivery were great. I would thoroughly recommend.

poor customer service and no…
poor customer service and no accountability. I’ve waited for the moxie marble coffee table since July. (I had to chase up what has happening, as they didn’t feel the need to let me know there was a delay in delivery)
It finally arrived this month and honestly the quality of nearly a £600 coffee table threw me off!
No explanation when shown photos of the poor quality but insulted with a 10% off price if I keep the item or request a return 😂🤭 of course I requested the return.
Saying that I was told this week a collection would take place yesterday, unfortunately I still have the table and no response since the beginning of the week.
Save your money and your time honestly. Company is piss poor. I will be doing a bank charge back for my money.
