Great quality sideboard
We love the sideboard - it looks brilliant and feels very solid. The team was also very helpful and responsive to get it delivered at a date suitable for us.
The cardboard box was slightly damaged when it arrived but the actual sideboard was packaged up and protected very well so was absolutely fine!

Extremely poor customer service
I’ve purchased several items from Vaunt Design and was initially extremely impressed. The quality seemed fantastic, the designs were unique, and everything suited my home perfectly. I ordered two bedside tables, a coffee table, and a sideboard, and I recommended the brand to friends and family because I truly felt I’d found a hidden gem.
However, after just seven months of use, the sideboard was discovered to have woodworm. Despite multiple attempts at treating it myself, the infestation has continued. There is no woodworm elsewhere in my home (a converted barn with exposed beams), which has made this especially worrying, particularly as my children’s toys have been stored inside the unit.
When I contacted Vaunt Design, their response was incredibly disappointing. They offered a small goodwill gesture that didn’t come close to covering a replacement or addressing the problem, and they have refused to take responsibility or provide any evidence of the quality checks performed during manufacture. My letter requesting a resolution has been ignored, and unfortunately this may now need to progress to legal action.
For a company that positions itself as a premium brand, the customer service and lack of accountability regarding a serious product issue have been extremely poor.

I ordered a bench stool from Vaunt Design, and they delivered my order very quickly, but it was the wrong item. I contacted the company, and they responded promptly by arranging a return courier and delivering the correct item to me immediately. I am satisfied with their service.

Poor customer service
I bought five barstools, the thread/rope came unravelled from the seat on one of them in less than one month. No response from them - poor aftercare so far.
At the time before ordering 5 stools I asked if there is a discount for new customers and told there wasn't. Only to find afterwards that there was a 10% newsletter sign up but they concealed this from me. I then wanted to buy a sixth bar stool (before one of them was damaged) and it was delayed by a month with no communication. I asked that we it was delayed until November, could the new 15% off October code be applied to this order and they declined.
Poor customer service, after a quick sale and not long term customers, a shame

Our customer service team is currently experiencing an high volume of emails, which has unfortunately impacted our response times. However, we have now been in contact with you directly with a resolution to address the issue you have reported.
We are sorry you feel this discount was concealed, this offer is designed to appear as a pop-up on a customer's very first visit to our website, clearly offering the promotion in exchange for signing up to our newsletter. This is a standard, automated website function, and at no point would any team member intentionally withhold this information.
With regards to the sixth stool you ordered, to ensure complete transparency and manage expectations, the estimated backorder dates are clearly displayed on the product page of our website. As this information is available at the time of purchase, we do not send individual updates unless the expected delivery date changes. We regret that we could not apply the 15% promotional code to that order, as the stool was purchased at an already discounted price we are unfortunately unable to apply further, retroactive reductions on top of existing sale pricing.
Once again, we can only apologise for any dissatisfaction that may have been caused.

Terrible service and products!!!
Paid over £400 for a marble console only to have the draw no longer close and the marble crack I. Half less than a year after purchase. Emailed support weeks ago with photos and videos and have had no response or acknowledgment. No customer service and no intention to rectify this situation. Avoid any purchases from this company and no aftercare once they’ve taken your money!
Only resorted to this post due to no response from Vaunt Design customer service!
