After sales support is outstanding, Alex is so committed and passionate about his product, he is very available and always responds to any query or assistance request super quick and then gets resolved, I have to say such a positive customer service is exceptionally rare nowadays. Words cannot describe the customer service this company gives. Fraser and Alex went far beyond above and beyond to diagnose an issue I was having on 2 separate occasions, both of which came down to issues outside of their device (one a WiFi issue and the other a faulty PCD), did they let that deter them from giving the best customer support I ever had? not a chance, they just wanted to help. Fraser, Alex, give yourselves a high five from me.

We’ve had our charger for almost 2 years and this was the first time we’ve had cause to contact them. I sent a message out of working hours and expected to hear back the following day. Instead however I received a call within 5 minutes. Amazing!

Exceptional customer service and out of hours support when I was having problems charging my car due to issues between the car and energy supplier. Really pleased with the product plus the whole installation of the charger by their installers and the on going aftercare service.

Tremendous customer service. I have had reason to contact tech support on a number of occasions. Each time the support I have had has been prompt and swiftly solved the problem -sometimes caused by me not the kit! Everything is always explained clearly in easy to understand language - no tech jargon used. The person providing the advice is always patient so I never feel stupid making the calls or rushed. Would definitely recommend the charger to anyone buying a plug-in car.

I recently purchased the untethered VCHRGD Seven EV charger and wanted to share my positive experience. I needed a home charger for a new car, the whole concept of home charging is completely new for me, I was overwhelmed with the options available to me out there. We had a great quote for the work, a very efficient and expert installation and amazing tailor made support for any 'teething' issues (none of them caused by problems with Vchrgd charger but by me, the user not understanding it all and making mistakes). The support has been expert, patient and efficient every time and the advisors so passionate about the company and giving good service that they work day and night to provide adequate support to clients. They deserve to do so well especially at something that is so important for the environment.

Technical support was fantastic. Spent over an hour on the telephone working through various combinations to try and isolate the issue and eventually we found it. It was not caused by the Vchrgd device! No comment that it was not their responsibility or hardware, no additional call out charge, just good old fashioned customer service and happy that things were resolved. I am so glad that I followed recommendations and purchased an EV charger from this company.

I’ve had a VChrgd charger since February and have been delighted with it - it’s sleek looking, easy to use and the app is simple to navigate. However what sets VChrgd apart is its customer service, it’s simply first class. I recently had a problem with my charger and had to phone the support line on a Saturday. I got an instant response from Alex and he has managed the situation perfectly, keeping me informed every step of the way and managing the installer’s response (it was an installation error which caused the problem and the charger itself responded by shutting down for safety reasons, exactly as it was meant to do). I believe the measure of a good company is how they respond to any problem, and this was the best service I’ve ever received from a supplier. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Vchrgd and spoke to Alex. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue (which was a Ford app problem) restoring our faith in the system.
