Honestly the best online customer service I have experienced. I’m not a fan of ordering products online especially vehicle parts but vehicle spares made it a really comfortable experience thanks again.

My colleague ordered a rear bumper for her car Vauxhall Corsa, she place the order on the 27th January 2025, and she still haven't received the bumper, she try phoning with no success, no one answers the phone, the one time she managed to speak to someone, they told her, that she had ordered the wrong bumper. The thing is this bumper was the right one after having it checked our by a car dealer.
They have taken payment for the bumper but still no bumper. I wrote them a letter giving them a deadline, in which to deliver the bumper or refund the money. The deadline is today and still no reply or correspondence. It is clear that this so call company is a scam. They have taken advantage of a female and stole her money, we have the invoice of proof of payment, and we shall also inform the bank of this scam. We are going to inform Trading standards and take it from there. Scams.

Bonnet turned up bent, courier left out side my property against the wall no signatures as no one was there as had to take my wife to hospital, they offered an insulting £60 refund, but admitted they could tell the damage had been done by courier, now won't resolve or respond, never use them

Ordered a part for my van advised next working day delivery never arrived to be told numerous times it will be out the next day never to arrive.

Ordered bumper did not get the one I ordered and have not been able to get in touch. Have since spoke to company and was reassured they had sent correct part.

Recently gone into the car trade and need replacement parts on a regular. Even during Christmas rush i received my delivery next day. I can’t fault them one bit. Looking forward to doing business this year!

Bumpers well packed, the driver very helpful brought them inside the house for me,!

I was charged, did not received my delivery, no notifications of attempted delivery and very slow customer service to address the issue.
