My request to cancel my subscription was efficient and quick. I was not aware that I had signed up for a subscription service, and I am thankful that it could be canceled quickly.
I did not realize this was a subscription service. When I contacted them they canceld my account and refunded the charge in literally seconds. Pretty rare, thank you.

I got exactly what was advertised and was able to find the information I needed. I didn't realize I had signed up for recurring billing, but contacted them through chat and immediately got it cleared up. This is super rare: simple, fast, effective customer service.

Received Vehicle History Report, Good Customer Service
Wanted to see my car’s full report in a format I could save, and got exactly that using this. Initial payment was just $1 and an additional $7 to have a PDF copy of it.
It will start a recurring subscription for you that you must cancel if you don’t want to be charged $30 each month, but the customer service was quick and easy! Would encourage customers with any issues to reach out when necessary.

I wanted to search up my vehicles history to make sure that a certain recall had been checked. It was but i didnt realize i had accedently signed up for a subscription and they charged me $20. All i did was chat with a representative (Kimberly) and she cancelled it like it never happened.
