My request to cancel my subscription was efficient and quick. I was not aware that I had signed up for a subscription service, and I am thankful that it could be canceled quickly.
I did not realize this was a subscription service. When I contacted them they canceld my account and refunded the charge in literally seconds. Pretty rare, thank you.

the customer service was fantastic, the product not so much, they said it would cost one dollar for the first month, but then charged 31 at check out, that is bad tastes, but dennis was a legend

Second charge - LiveChat Solution
I was charged a second time for a report. But when I contacted them by LiveChat the agent agreed to reverse the charges and close the account so I would not be charged again. I am hoping this will be a final solution.

Fixed a charging issue immedately - Great service!
They had charged me the full vehicle package but their customer service immediately refunded when I asked since I am only a consumer. Being able to get that taken care of quickly makes that great. The report was incredibly thorough and I was happy to pay for one vehicle report. I could see the reports package being very useful for dealerships or insurance agencies.

Had a great experience with Vehicle History. A month ago I ordered a vehicle history report on a used vehicle I purchased. And I inadvertently signed up for a monthly service instead of the one time charge. After I got my report and I was charged again I let them know, and they immediately refunded me the overage and took care of it. Took less than a couple minutes. The service I received was quick efficient and very kind and professional. I would use them again in the future.
