Fantastic care and highly professional service
Fantastic care from Dr Lewis and Matthew who made me feel at ease and made the procedure much easier. Also thanks to the lovely lady on reception who was always welcoming. I’d highly recommend the Cardiff clinic. Excellent and highly professional service.

Wonderful Cardiff Team
I had two treatments at the Cardiff branch, foam sclerotherapy and microsclerotherapy. I found both the treatments to be mostly painless. The premises was ultra clean and bright but with homely touches. The staff are professional and absolutely lovely, a special mention for the receptionist who put me at ease from the moment I arrived. The procedures and aftercare were explained clearly. I am very happy with the results and look forward to wearing shorts next year! Thank you again to the fantastic team.

Excellent and clear communication, in a relaxed atmosphere, with expert clinicians. Felt informed throughout the process and in safe hands. The partnership between David Lewis and Matthew enhances the experience which could otherwise be daunting to some. More importantly, great outcome with varicose veins. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Care from the fantastic four
From the moment you walk into Cardiff vein centre it’s a very positive experience Caroline in reception is absolutely lovely always ready for a chat, then Matt takes you through, explains what will be happening and invites questions such an informative person and always happy, then the main man, Mr Devan Thavarajan, such a calming person so thorough, explains everything about the operation, so knowledgeable in his field of expertise.
The operation itself, I had both legs EVLA, although it was not painful just uncomfortable for a short while, Caz, the nurse, was always checking to make sure I was ok, she took my mind of what was happening Mr Thavarajan also always explaining what was happening and if I was ok to carry on,it was all done in no time at all, stockings on and then all done. Uncomfortable for about three days but the best of all no more heavy, aching, hot to touch legs, check up then in a few weeks.
I cannot recommend this team enough if you need any operation for your veins I recommend travelling to Cardiff just for the whole positive and welcoming experience.
What a team cannot thank you all enough for the difference you have made.

The whole experience was incredible
The whole experience was incredible. I booked the consultation not knowing if they could help me. Anxious and doubtful if I had made the right decision, I arrived in Cardiff and as soon as I walked into the reception my nerves were put straight at ease. The staff were incredible, friendly, polite and they all know what they are doing.
During my consultation the surgeon and nurse listened to my concerns and after the ultrasound he told me exactly what was needed. They went through all the costs and payment options and not in a pushy way.
I'll cut this short now - all the team in Cardiff Vein Centre are truly amazing people and a real credit to this medical practice.

Vein Centre Cardiff, what a fantastic experience couldn't have wished for a better service everything was explained fully. As soon as I walked in everything was comfortable and very professional.
Brilliant experience, explained process all the way through procedure made to feel at ease. The aftercare is excellent, they phone the next day make sure your ok . Explained to get in touch if anything changes but so far so good, excellent recovery bit sore but that's to be expected. 5 star service anyone having any doubts please don't, this company is excellent and would recommend it.

Excellent personal attention
I attended the Vein Centre, Cardiff, on 25 June. From the time I entered the clinic until I left, I was reassured every step of the way about my forthcoming treatment.
All the staff were friendly and approachable.
Mark Bratby, Consultant, was thorough with the treatment/aftercare information. Although I had a list of questions, they were
not required, as they were fully answered.
The consultation was thorough, very professional with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
It has taken me a few years to get to this point. But now, I have no hesitation at all with my proposed treatment.
My advice would be, if you are thinking of being treated at the Vein Clinic, don’t hesitate, I personally do not think you will get better attention.

I have full confidence in the Vascular Surgeon's skill. He explained exactly what I needed doing and the treatment that he would offer. It seemed as though the outcome I was looking for would be possible. The treatment takes place in a comfortable clinical setting.
