Car park very limited but was able to park across road. Receptionist very helpful and my consultation was very professional and seemed thorough. Treatment was discussed and able to book the next appointment within a month.

Great customer service and support…
Great customer service and support throughout, including the front desk. Very professional, given all information regarding the procedure, including the aftercare. The following day after the treatment, I have also received a phone call to check on the progress and my wellbeing - very confident you are in good, caring hands. The nurses are awesome! Thank you!

Poole Vein centre. Brilliant.
I had my procedures done in May and I cannot praise the whole team enough. From the start the receptionist Fiona was lovely and helpful and made me feel very comfortable.
The practitioner who carried out my procedures was called Muhammad Hadi, and all the way through he was very caring, knowledgeable and professional. I was kept informed all the way through what he was going to do and what he had done.
Jenny his nursing assistant was fantastic, she made me feel very relaxed about everything and had a good sense of humour.
I am very very happy with the results.

Excellent experience so far
The consultation was very thorough, I didn't feel rushed at any time. The consultant considered my medical history and gave relevant advice. The examination was thorough and explanations were given throughout. I was made aware of potential complications and given advice on aftercare. I received a follow-up email detailing the consultant's findings within hours. The clinic and staff looked very professional and the premises were spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Decided to go for it
Decided to go for it. Firstly they wanted the money before they would book anything.
I have problems walking and the room was on the 1st floor with no lift which was awkward.
The pain during it was very very painful even though there was anaesthetic on leg.
Other leg should be done but won’t have it done now.

Brilliant, I had my varicose veins (some of them for 25 years) and thought it was too late to treat them, but Mohammed Hadi did wonders, he really did everything he could. The results are incredible. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Fantastic work.

A professional and friendly service.
A professional, efficient service from initial consultation, operation and follow up. Very easy to contact and communicate with and very pleased with my improved leg, visually and circulation wise. No more heavy, tired legs with bulging veins, just smooth legs. The stain will disappear within a few months ( as it did with my other leg 15 years ago!) Would definitely recommend this service. I had EVLA on my upper leg and foam sclerotherapy on my lower leg. Surgical stocking included which are comfy and useful on long flights in the future.
