The Consultant and Nurse were professional, caring, communicative and really helped me to feel relaxed. Everything was explained thoroughly, giving me time to ask questions. I would not hesitate to return for future treatments if needed.

I came today 15th sept. for my final treatment ,i really cannot praise this clinic enough.Ireally should have had my vein treatment a few years ago ,but what made me realise haveing achy legs and also throbbing is not something i should put up with.Amazingly all gone, thankyou to Dr.Mark Regi ,Mike and Sally at the Lincoln clinic

Great Treatment, But Warning: The "Included Top-Ups" are a Pricing TrickI had a very positive experience with the actual varicose vein treatment at VeinCentre. The medical staff were highly professional, and my legs look and feel much better. However, I am leaving a 3-star review due to a serious lack of upfront financial transparency regarding post-treatment care.VeinCentre heavily promotes that foam injection top-ups are "included" in the main treatment price. What they don't explicitly tell you upfront is that you are forced to pay a mandatory £250 gatekeeper fee for a follow-up scan just to find out if you even need them. A patient cannot safely access these "included" top-ups without this appointment, making the word "included" highly misleading.In my case, it feels like a total con. My follow-up appointment lasted less than 2 minutes. I didn't even need any extra injections—I am being billed £250 simply for someone to look at my legs for 120 seconds and tell me they look fine. To make matters worse, the front desk team let me walk completely out of the building without mentioning a balance, only to send an invoice later.It is incredibly ironic that the clinic was pushing me to leave a review while simultaneously blindsiding me with hidden bills. The clinical care is fantastic, but the administration side uses very sneaky, contradictory pricing logic. Be prepared for an extra £250 paywall at the end.

I had a nightmare in trying to find the address due to there being no actual Road names on the Venture Park, Kettering and I had to call the main switchboard to then be put through to the clinic I was attending for further directions. Once I was actually there I can’t fault the level of service I received. Leanne on reception was very friendly but professional in looking after me. Similarly both the Doctor (James) & Nurse (John) were very professional and informative as well as being friendly to the level of making me feel comfortable whilst I was being assessed. The clinic was spotless also.

The VeinCentre staff in Chester were such a pleasure to deal with. From the initial consultation through to treatment and post-operative review, their demeanor and professionalism were excellent and they put me at ease through each stage.

If you have varicose veins resulting in pain, itching and restless leg syndrome, these are the people I'd recommend.

I would like to thank Dr Mark Reegi and nurse Mike for the care and professionalism in doing my varicose veins. My legs feels much better, less aches especially irritable legs syndrome.

I had an excellent experience at the Lancaster vein centre. At the consultation appointment the ultrasound scans were done efficiently and Dr B explained the options in detail with very good written back-up information in a booklet. The treatment was done with minimal discomfort and chatting to the friendly staff took away any nerves I might have had. At the follow-up consultation, Dr B confirmed that the treatment had worked as expected and I have now been discharged. I can thoroughly recommend this centre.

This is genuinely the best money I have ever spent. I had my initial consultation in the Newcastle veincentre in May 2025 and was booked in soon after for the procedure. This was professional, quick and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. This has changed my life, I would never have the confidence to wear shorts prior to this but now I have legs that im proud to show off. Recently ive felt some tightness again and so booked an appointment. I was seen within 2 weeks with a quick procedure being done on the appointment day. As always, the staff from reception to Mark was professional but friendly. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone who is suffering with varicose veins.

Follow-up appointment was as fabulous as the first. Thank you to Dr Mark Regi, Hazel, Peter and Trish who were the lovely team of people I saw today. Just needed a touch up on tread veins but the problem veins I originally came in for have totally gone and my legs have never looked or felt better. ❤️
