I visited the Richmond branch of…
I visited the Richmond branch of veincentre and from the consultation I was advised on my course of treatment, everything was professional from beginning to end and I’m amazed at the change and appearance of my legs , the vascular surgeon and assistant explain and see you through the whole procedure .
I must also praise the receptionist Bella, who was always on hand to answer any queries.

A welcoming visit!
I was made welcome from the moment I arrived and this continued through my consultation. The examination was done professionally and with tact. The result was explained clearly which gave me confidence to agree to a treatment plan. All staff conducted themselves professionally and with a very helpful manner.

Stole my appointment
I was struggling to find a parking spot and was 8! Min late and they cancelled my appointment!! Funny enough they wrote me in the morning if i could come earlier, apparently the consultant had some other plans than to attend to their patients (paid in advance)

Very friendly and welcoming
Very friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease from the moment I arrived for my initial consultation. I feel everything involving the procedure was explained in great detail. My legs are still healing, however I am happy so far with the results. There is also a number to call afterwards for advice should you have any concerns.

Everyone was very friendly from the minute l made contact with the centre. The consultant and assistant were very professional and explained the why’s and where for’s throughout the examination and the treatment that would be suitable for me.

Brilliant experience
Couldn't believe what a positive experience this has been.
Staff so reassuring and welcoming; utterly professional staff; a great outcome. I have been able to wear shorts throughout this heatwave, for the first time in many years. I would recommend the treatment to all who have varicose veins.
