Can honestly recommend Paul, Ollie, Tony and the team at Veloces. They will do their utmost to help and offer advice and if there is a problem, which does sometimes happen, they will do their best to sort it amiably.

I recently brought a Fiat Punto From Paul, Oliver and the Team,The Service was excellent, very polite and overall experience of buying my car was fantastic!

I’d be suspicious of some of the reviews on here after our experience of Veloces.
We bought an Abarth remotely over the net due to covid/distance to view.
The car was advertised as 1 owner. In fact it was 4. There were 2 chips in the windscreen- none mentioned in the description. Massive scratch on the dash- none mentioned, Finger print in the paint from some bodged repair and the best bit was the service history had been, ahem, changed by writing a different date over the top! Part of the new car package is ‘new number plates’ which were basically the old number plates stuck on with sticky pads rather then bolted on to the body. The rear fell off whilst my wife was driving!
They give the smoke and mirrors as a prestige garage when you think of how little it would of took to get the car up to spec it shows they are penny pinchers.
I should of been suspicious at the cars they ‘sell’ on ebay that remain on ebay for weeks after they’ve been ‘sold’.
Don’t make the same mistake we made buying from these people.

Fantastic service from Ollie and Paul at Veloces. Attention to detail is superb and thoroughly professional from start to finish. This is my first Alfa, I already know it won't be my last, and I know I'll be getting the next from Veloces.

Truly the worst experience. I took my vehicle to be serviced and when it came to collection there were 3 mechanics around it. They told me they couldn’t get the wipers to work and didn’t know why. The vehicle had to be recovered to an actual dealership and showed in excess of 20 faults through the diagnostics. It took the dealership weeks to rectify. The vehicle had been returned by Veloces with faulty power steering, esp and braking. I’d really encourage you think twice. Vehicles are complex and will go wrong I’m sure but you need to trust these services and in my experience they are not qualified or concerned enough by a long way. The only thing worse than the experience of the mechanical aspects was the casual carelessness of the customer service afterwards. Steer really clear!

Bought an excellent Alfa Spider 939 from Paul and the team this year. Did a lot of research and looked a lot of cars so had seen a lot of dealers too. Given they're specialists, Veloces really know their stuff on this front (clearly not all dealers do) and I found them really straight forward to deal with when buying the car. They also did a great refresh job before handing the car over, replacing badges etc to make the car look really fresh. Hope to be back to Veloces if I ever save up enough for a 4C !

After reading many of the positive reviews for this garage, I decided to make a 6 hour round journey for an engine remap.
Apparently however they couldn't remap my vehicle on site, and was told that the ECU would need to be removed and the re-map done elsewhere for approx 7 days and an additional £100 than already quoted.
Not happy with my experience given they had all my details car/make/reg prior to booking in the vehicle. Chose the garage based on reviews and their specialists for Alfa Romeos , but a very poor setup when the website sells the remapping service on site.
The guys were friendly, hence 2 stars but very dissapointed and shall be looking elsewhere.

I have taken my car to Veloces for the past 4 years. Today, they quickly and efficiently sorted out a problem with my car. I always leave feeling confident in their work, their knowledge and experience. Always a pleasure to deal with them.
In the past they have carried out bodywork on my car. The end result was it looking as new, having matched the paintwork to perfection. The accident was the other drivers fault and, in case you are not aware, you have the right to chose which garage repairs the damage. The other driver's insurance company wanted me to go to one of their garages they have an arrangement with - I chose to have my car repaired by Veloces. I am so very glad I did.

I recently purchased a 2.2 Alfa spider from Veloces. It was clear from my initial contacts with them that they were very knowledgeable about the brand and the vehicle. It was a long journey for me to make to look at the car, but when I got there it was exactly as described - a high quality well prepared example with extensive well documented history. It was a lot better than other spiders I had looked at. The sale was managed in a highly professional manner with an excellent handover, and after sales support has been outstanding. The price was fair for an excellent spider. I would recommend Veloces to anybody looking for a similar vehicle.

Tony has been looking after me and my Abarth recently since I could no longer trust the main dealer in Twickenham. It is a bit of a journey but worth it for the quality of their work and great advice. If you want excellent service from a team that cares, look no further!

Sly. Had my eye on rare car at another dealer where it came with 12 month warranty. Its now on sale here a few days later for over 15% more with 3 month warranty.

I had been looking for a specific Jeep Ascari for about a month and managed to find one online at Veloces. From my very first contact with Paul the service was outstanding and on arrival at the showroom the car was everything that they said it would be and was in immaculate condition. The customer service was excellent, and Olly explained the car to me in great depth and facilitated the test drive. The deal was painless and the Jeep was ready for me to pick up on the time and date we agreed – they assisted me with taxing the vehicle and also provided a drive away pack which meant that I didn’t have to worry about the cross over period on my insurance. I have had the vehicle for 3 weeks now and am nothing but pleased with it and would recommend Veloces, Paul and his team to anyone if they are looking for quality cars and quality customer service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I purchased an Alfa Romeo Brera and would strongly recommend Veloces. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and helpful both during and after the sale. Makes a change from the other car dealers I talked to prior to finding Veloces.

I am delighted with the work, yet again, that Veloces have carried out on my car. They have looked after the car since I bought it 4 years ago. They have have regularly serviced it. Veloces have also repaired it beautifully, after a truck hit it. They carried out full repairs doing an excellent job including matching the paint work perfectly. Today, they replaced the cars blower. They worked very hard to keep the cost to a minimum for me. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Popped in for a chat a few weeks back as I'm looking for a decent used Alfa Brera. Very helpful and knowlegeable.

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE.
After trawling the Internet looking for an Alfa I decided to take the plunge & visit Veloces of London as they had by far the largest selection of used Alfas in the southeast.
I found the place very friendly & relaxed and was taken on a half hour road test by Mitch, who was very knowledgable on all things Alfa & at no point pushy.
I decided to opt for a very nice 2014 model sportiva left a deposit & planned to pick the car up at the weekend.
On collection the car was beautifully presented, and although I hadn't asked for it they had serviced & mot'd it & even refurbished the wheels.
1 week on all good & will definitely be back for servicing & some of their Ascari tweaking.

After a year of hard work in a busy restaurant and following a promotion I took the plunge to indulge myself in a new car and decided on an Alfa Romeo Brera S, however being a rare car they were hard to come by.
Finding Veloces was a blessing as they specialize in these cars so although based in London and myself being from Birmingham I made up my mind to buy from these guys, which turned out to be a wise decision.

I arrived there, was greeted by a number of friendly staff and then met Martin (who I spoke on the phone with) who was true gentleman. I felt no pressure, had no salesman talk, found no issues with any of the cars I viewed and the test drive was a pleasant experience so I placed the deposit on a stunning 2.2 Brera S which I would pick up the coming Monday.

On the Monday of picking up the car I had a relative to drive me down and unfortunately on the M1 his boost pipe from the turbo blew so on arriving at veloces we informed them and they took the car straight into the garage and reattach the pipe free of charge - How often does that happen these days??? Then when I went into the office with Martin to make payment there was an issue with my card and the money not going through. This was a huge blow as I came all the way and thought I wouldn't be able to pick up my car that day until I got my bank account sorted. Instead Martin took the time to drive me to the nearest HSBC as I was unfamiliar with the area and sat in the bank with me for over an hour whilst I got things in my account sorted to enable the transfer to go through. After getting back to the garage I felt, dare I say it, embarrassed as I caused a lot more hassle to these guys than they needed as they were very busy. I expressed my gratitude to Martin who simply shook my hand with a genuine smile and said "not a problem".

I have never had customer service like it, they genuinely care for their clientele and their cars and it shows. These guys are not your stereotypical wide boy car dealers who dont want you to return once you've exchanged cash, they represent something of a much higher standard. I will recommend to anyone, and I look forward to buying the 3.2 Brera S in a few months.
