Best service I ever had!

I bought a fan maybe 2 months ago that sadly broke. I reached out to Venty, and after just a few emails, they decided to send me a brand new Venty fan for free. This is what I call good support!

Loved Venty fan b4. Went on over 12 cruises & always worked great, finally broke at pivot by fan blades. Contacted Venty & was out of warranty & no replacement part. Customer service was awesome. Made me a great offer & had new fan in like 3 days!

Great Products and Excelent Customer Service

Unfortunately one of the fans quit working and Venty had a replacement fan at my door in two days. Nina the service rep I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Venty Fans.

I really like the fan

I really like the fan - so much so that I own 3 of them- one for upstairs, one for downstairs and one for my vacation home! I ordered 3 more for Christmas gifts - had a broken piece on one in shipment and was able to get the problem fixed easily

Faulty Fan replaced

I bought a fan and after 2 weeks it stopped charging and support were very helpful and replaced the fan within a week

Lasted 15 minutes…

Once you submit a review on TikTok you can’t change it. So I’m going to update the review here. When I first got it I opened it to turn it on and use the functions to make sure it worked. I was very unhappy with the shrilling sound but it worked. I was saving it for an emergency so I packed it away in my closet. So an ice storm just happened and we had no power and I wanted white noise. It was fully charged because I did so before the storm hit. It lasted only 15 minutes with only the fan on high (no lights on or oscillating). I charged it again and nothing. I’m past the return policy so I wasted nearly $100 for nothing.

There are TONS of reviews from other customers that state the same thing that happened to me and that product support for Venty is unhelpful, not productive and exhausting with trying to get them to record every little detail and still will not refund. They were also told “it’s not charging right because of a cord or how it’s plugged in or this or that”. Other customers have stated they have just given up. I do not trust contacting the company given the many statements from other customers who’ve stated that it’s simply a headache and not worth it.

A must have for travelers

I love my fan. I travel all over the world for work and my Venty Fan has increased my level of comfort on the road more than any of the other things I’ve tried. When it stopped working, i was severely bummed. Nina, at customer care, was quick to try to help me find a solution and then outright replaced the fan. I couldn’t be happier with the product, it’s customer service, and with Nina in particular for her quick help.

Outstanding customer support from Nina!

I received a very prompt response to my inquiry I made online. I was asked a few questions regarding the issue and my specific product and my issue was resolved directly. I received a replacement fan within 2 days of the issue being brought to their attention. I can’t compliment their customer service higher. Outstanding.

My CozyPod remote failed after a year and outside of the warranty. A very helpful support person walked me through a number of different attempts to diagnose and fix the remote. These were all unsuccessful. A couple of weeks later a remote arrived in the mail and the CozyPod is up and running. Great customer service! Thank you!
