Love this fan! Awesome for home and easy to pack for travel. I have ordered some for gifts and have always gotten quick delivery in time for birthdays/holidays. I contacted them once with a question and the customer service experience was really positive - friendly and easy. Would definitely recommend!

This little fan is so amazing. First of all, it gives off amazing air and the fact that you can take it anywhere with you. You can recharge it. It's so wonderful & I'm so pleased with my purchase.

Unanswered emails and no refund
The fan took forever to arrive, and it arrived after my son had left for camp. I sent it back for a refund and all of my emails have gone on answered. I never did receive the refund.
