This review is simply to praise the work and support of Allen at Verify Online. I had enormous problems using ClearCheck to get a new DBS certificate but with the valued help of Allen from Verify I have finally managed to complete the various forms. Thank you so much or your patience. Five stars for support!

Easy and user friendly process. However, what made it possible was the outstanding help and guidance from Allen, who supported me throughout my application.

Allen, was very helpful. Since I don’t hold a biometric passport the first link sent expired and he sent a second one so I could upload the documents in a pdf format.
Also he was pretty quick in answering my queries, which was great as I have some sense of urgency.
The platform itself is user friendly, as a former UK resident having this service without leaving my house now in Portugal, made de experience smooth and efficient.

easy to complete verification but their system didn't update. when trying to redo it, the link no longer worked.
their phone number is wrong on the website and when called the correct number, the line is closed until further notice due to Coronavirus concerns. It is obvious it has not been updated for years.

I had some issues with the website trying to access the link and Allen was very helpful to resolve it for me. Very quick and efficient.

Allen is a superhero! I was having issues with my phone as I was trying to urgently verify my identity. I emailed customer support and Allen helped me within minutes, sending me a custom link to use and be manually approved rather than go through the automated system. I cannot thank him enough! Everything worked out in the end in no small part due to his diligence and expertise!

I had paid for my DBS verification on line twice, it kept coming back as failed. I reached out to the customer service and Allen responded to my email.

Allen was very helpful, I am urgently needing by DBS. when I had a few issues online and couldn’t get through by phone I felt that I was going to miss my dead line for my new job.
