1/15/24 update, two years in the desk is working fine (knock on wood), the only issue I have had is the paint powdering off where the motors go up and down the legs of the unit to raise and lower the desk. It's unsightly and messy but otherwise the only other disappointment was the wood had no sealant on it and the lamination on the edges was incomplete leaving holes in the sides. The unit is VERY solid and has no issue with three very heavy monitors. The unit struggles on one side with the weight of the desktop, so know if you plan to attach a desktop pc that the motor on that side will not raise and lower the desk level with the other motor and you will need to ensure that both sides completely raise or lower.

On 11/24 I ordered the Foundry Bench Versa Desk online and was billed immediately. It was a good special and I was excited to get my new desk. Several weeks went by, (it was advertised as "in stock ready to ship") I called several times and was told it hadn't been manufactured yet and that it would ship the following week. I called the end of that following week, still not ready to ship, probably next week. I received the shipment with the desk on 12/20 however it was missing 3.5 of the six desk accessories. Several additional e-mails and phone calls later I received random e-mails without important details like tracking numbers. I was finally delivered one of the 2.5 missing items on 1/16 (missing pc holder) and the additional .5 item (the second arm of the dual monitor arms) on 1/24. I am STILL missing the OmniView Laptop Arm and it has now been two months!
Customer Service is filled with nice people but they are inconsistant at best. They will tell you that they will take care of it, they will help get you the information or that they will reply to you or call you. In the end you may receive random ticket e-mails with no details and random order information with no details. There does not appear to be a single person who could manage to comprehensively collect the information and then resolve the issues.
I worked with Imma Maria, Louie Ortiz and Eduardo Silva, yet none of them sent me any response in print or could confirm what items were being shipped and when.
I gave two stars because overall, I am thrilled with the idea of the desk and the quality seems solid and not tippy at all. After a few weeks of use however, the paint is being pressure ribboned off where the desk rollers track along the metal frame.
The versa desktop had no finishing to protect the bamboo wood, in the photos it appears to be a finished product. The wood is smooth but requires several coats of linseed oil to protect it. I couldn't believe they were shipping out sanded unfinished boards.
The instructions are not great but it's clear they tried to get it right. Even the basic assembly bolt size was grossly incorrect. There is a huge difference between 3/8 and 9/16 bolts. If you are not good at building things this is something you'll want to have someone else that has a general understanding of how something should go together to build for you.
The online order process was ridiculous with zero transparency on order placement through order fulfillment. That piece of the process gets a solid F.
Still waiting on the last accessory and now I pray that nothing goes wrong with the motors!
I bought the new Foundry Bench Corner Standing Desk this desk is amazing!! If you are looking for a lot of workspace this is the desk for you! Veronica from customer service followed up through the entire process! I was able to assemble the desk myself with a very good instructions guide. If you are looking for the best you found it!!
I sent two emails to the customer service team asking how I could get a refund within the 30 day window - never received a response. The product is shaky and not at all what I expected. I had a Versa desk in my old Army office and it was perfect. Maybe there is a different product for home use? Not sure. This thing isn't on my desk. It's on the floor in my home office while I decide what to do with it.

Best purchase I made all year
The product assembled easily enough; and once assembled has operated flawlessly. My knees get very stiff if I sit too long, and now I can switch between a sitting corner desk and a standing corner desk at the press of a button.
I have left several voice-mail and message from the site and have no update on the delivery. No one has followed up at all.
Horrendous customer service, terribly slow delivery, and the products (when finally received) were missing many predrilled/pilot holes, which let to a lot of extra assembly. Overpriced crap!

The desk did not arrive by the date timeframe as promised when I ordered saying it would ship out by the end of the week. When it arrived, the pre-drilled holes for the legs did not match the set-up and my Systems Department at the library had to drill new holes to get the top and legs to fit together as intended. Then I contacted customer service to request a return of the wheels that do not fit my desk. They were ordered because they were suggested at the time of check-out. However, there was no note that they do not fit the desk I ordered in that suggestion. It only appears in a tiny note at the bottom of the sales page. Overall I'm disappointed with my experience. Yes, the desk works, but everything else was not as good.
Looks like my review at Versadesk was deleted. I recently picked up the new split level desk from Versa. While I love the desk I did not love the building of the desk. The instructions were tiny, there were no online versions of the instructions that I could find, no videos on how to put the desk together, and the desk itself is poorly labeled to determine which is the front or back. The mechanism to lock the legs in is weird and unnecessarily complicated. I've also built desks from the competitors and that was much easier.
I do like the desk though. It is sturdy, the leg mechanism is smooth and quiet, and I really like the two tier look of the desk as it raises the monitors up to the correct height.
Would I buy the desk again? Yes, I just wouldn't enjoy the first hour while I put the thing together.
Everybody at VersaDesk has been great from Louie in Sales and Maria and Veronica in Customer Service. They have all been absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful!
The quality and workmanship of the Foundry Bench is amazing. The LED lights are well worth the cost and effort to throw a lot of light on my work surface and keyboard. Thank you VersaDesk!
I have purchased many desks in the past for our office. I am a producer and multi media specialist and we work in a very diversified industry and use many tools. I never dreamed that someone could ever satisfy our needs for a desk that could fill the gap in our needs. I love this desk. I see several Versa desks in our future and I love to show it off when clients visit. Very cool and very effective. The build quality is amazing. I work in many manufacturing environments and a lot can be learned by the quality of this desk. I cannot say enough and I never write reviews. Thumbs up to this desk!
As far as I could tell, you had no customer service. I called repeatedly but could never get in touch with anyone via the phone number and nothing on the website worked either. I actually thought I had been scammed and thrown away $1000 on a product that would never show up. Seriously I was about to call my credit card company and report my order as FRAUD! I was willing to give it 30 days and luckily the shipping notice came just before then. But really and truly you must do better because the desk, once I received it, has been fantastic. It is shameful to lose business when your products are good!
We've got a number of VersaDesk's in our office and I was having issues with some of the monitor arms not being very stable (hard to secure tightly without possibly breaking the handle). Veronica was able to give me all the information I needed including confirming their balance arms include a shorter bolt for mounting on the VersaDesk in the grommet so we'll be switching over to those arms going forward for better stability. The information Veronica provided was greatly appreciated.
It took over two months and (3) phone calls to get our desk. I will not do business with Versa desk again.

During a chat with Veronica, she gathered all my information, told me I'd be assigned a new sales rep, and reconfirmed my information. Having a Help Desk management background myself, I know she asked all the right questions, and was quickly responsive. Kudos to Veronica!
This desk is so helpful in dealing with "i've been sitting TOO long" butt pain! And it goes up and down so easily. Love it!

Had an issue at first with slow responses which I take partial blame for. Eventually got in contact with another representative and was assisted by them and and a super to get my issue resolved. Both were extremely helpful, swift, and professional. Awesome customer service experience with the two of them!
